The cleaning process itself.
My carpet took 7-8 hours to dry and there was an unpleasant odor noted while it was drying. Technician was very professional and courteous!

Professional employees from the office staff who sets up your appointment to the technician who walks your home with you & you can tell what special issues you have (and they listen).
He will explain everything he will be doing. He will get the pricing proposal ready & get your approval. The technician takes his time and does an incredible job of cleaning & getting rid of pet urine stains & smell ( I was pet sitting my sister’s elderly dog). The carpet looked new and smelled wonderful. Would I recommend Xerorez? Absolutely!!

Eric Allen was fantastic! He did a great job getting our carpets cleaned, so we ended up getting a couple more areas cleaned after seeing the great results! He was very professional, worked hard, and was a pleasure to have in our home!
The 20 year old guy who came yesterday refused to move furniture back in place that I pulled out to help out. I’ve used zerorez for years and never had an issue. The supervisor I spoke with said he should as it’s part of the service. I had him here and ready to go do couldn’t wait on a replacement. I moved the furniture back, but had a hard time lifting it up to place the little cube underneath and ended up pulling my back out. If your service people can’t do the job, you should find someone who can. I’ve always had great people out until yesterday.
Quoted price remained same. Kept abreast of approx time of arrival. Employee was extremely courteous. Very thorough job. Will not only use this company again but will recommend them to friends.

We were so impressed with the quality of the service we received from our tech, Torrance, and how clean our carpets looked we asked to have our couch cleaned too! The representative was very nice and polite, seemed to be knowledgeable enough, and worked diligently to clean the carpet with pet stains. I did expect a better removal of the stains but that was not to be. The carpet was very clean and smelled good when he finished.
