Technician was on time, courteous and did a great job
The service techs are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable and they do a great job on the carpets.
The cleaning service was good: my carpets look clean and smell fresh. The technician was friendly, efficient, arrived on time.
I had the whole house cleaned. The carpets came out OK and the tile came out OK. But the wood floors did not. There were still spots (probably caused by dog drool and my cleaning supplies) left on the floor. I just went for the basic wood floor cleaning and not the super cleaning so I guess that would have helped, but it was too expensive for me at this time.
I do want to give the technicians (Paul and Mark) a 10 rating. They were wonderful. (They did tell me I'd get better results with the super cleaning and buffing.) I don't think the wood floor cleaning issue was their fault. I think the problem is that my floor needs to be refinished to get the surface that I want.
I don't think there's anything you need to improve. I just had expectations that were too high. I expected to come out looking like brand new.
Tech was Professional and informative. Will definitely use them again in the future.
He was a very fine gentleman and we appreciated his services and enjoyed his Fellow-ship while he was here. We apologize that we do not remember his name. Prompt, good service both in work and verbally. Our tech worked with us for the best solutions for what we needed. Since we used zerorez during COVID 19 they used gloves the entire time kept distance as needed and responded freely when I asked if he was sick. Good experience!

I paid an additional 250 for a spay to put down on the carpet to help with the dog smell. Went back to our home today to see the carpet and it still looks dirty and smells bad.
