The Products leave the carpet clean and the technique of cleaning leaves it virtually dry by the time they late.

We have found Zerorez to be the absolute best carpet-cleaning company to remove pet odors. The employees are knowledgeable, take pride in what they accomplish for their customers and are friendly and trustworthy.
Always have done a great job and on time. I once was painting my house- dropped paint bucket and it went everywhere- I called and was told to keep it wet- tech came the next day and got all of the paint of rug/ carpet and furniture

I have to give to ZeroRez today. They came and saved the day, even after i tried to clean my own carpets and my machine decided to go and not work anymore. I thought i was stuck and screwed, but nope i called and they got me in today.
With this COVID pandemic going on, our carpets are our best air filters and they came and saved me and cleaned our carpets.
Also huge huge props to our tech Lakeem, he was good, and detailed in his cleaning, he did an amazing job.

carpets. not cleaned correctly. look like i did them. original quote 217.00 paid 345.00 for stain and pet removal. never saw pet and still see a lot of the stains

I would start w/ the tech if he/ she is going to wear shoe covers but go in/ out of the house multiple time w/ them on it defeats the whole purpose of a shoe cover doesn't it?
Otherwise the tech was nice and did a good job.

The service was great, the young that came out was very professional and knowledgeable of the product, l told his my name and he introduce himself ,of course we couldn't shake hands so we greeted each other with a little dap. He was very familiar with his job and he was quick and very efficient. When the time come to have our carpet clean again please send the same young man out, Thanks Zerorez.

I love the quality work but don’t like pressure sales. Your advertising picture shows a dog standing beside an awfully terribly stained carpet (the before shot) and then a perfectly unstained new looking carpet afterward. For sales price of $29 a room. My 6 rooms were charged extra for size. I expected that. But I had minor spots that ended up costing me a lot more. Yes I have 2 dogs but my carpet didn’t look anything like the ad picture. My son had even asked why I was having them cleaned since they looked clean already. I ended up paying extra to have them flushed. Maybe Zerorez should include the flushing and other little spray prespotting in the price. My initial quote of around $250 came out being $501. Ouch. That hurt and being shamed for having a spot or two also was hurtful. Remember that we call Zerorez to clean our dirty carpets not clean ones. Do it with a smile and a thank you. Nickel and dining your customers will lose your customers.

I forgot that we had fans and miscellaneous things on closet floor that I would of moved so that part of carpet would of been cleaned.

Excellent job and service. Only thing I would suggest is shoe covers for the techs. Had to vacuum after the cleaning.
