I replaced all the vent covers after your men cleaned my vent and the return air duct in the master bedroom was still filthy and was not cleaned at all . I have pictures to send of it . After paying $1000 to have all the ducts cleaned this should not have happened
Very Professional and techs were extremely helpful and courteous!
The fact that Zerorez uses no detergent and that it uses hot steam, is a game-changer in my estimation.
I also like the fact that they use the ultra -violet light to detect animal accidents on carpet.
The pet neutralizer chemical is the only one used on my old carpet.
The house smells and is so much cleaner because of Zerorez.

You came highly recommended. The service tech was great and respectful but the quality of work in the master bedroom wasn't all that. The carpet wad still dirty. I could still see the tracking area. The tech offered to go another round but I was tired honestly and ready for the other 2 rooms to be completed. I was scheduled for an 8 to 10am appointment and I believe the tech did not arrive until after 1230. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom were cleaned very good. Just the issue with the master bedroom.
I took my own Bissell carpet cleaner and had 3 containers of dirty water that I emptied out.
I did ask for a quote for a cleaning of a sectional couch. Never received a call about it after tech said he would have someone call. Can I have the sectional cleaned for a discounted price?
Price was comparable and carets were cleaned well. The ZeroRez rep was courteous and efficient.

I like that it leaves no dirt attracting residue. It also left the carpets soft.
They turned my almond colored to rust color. Bo Hutchinson and Antonio the tech were the worst. No customer service skills.

It worked and my technician n was great
The technican was not friendly and didn’t introduce himself. When I opened the door he just walked in and asked to see the areas he needed to clean. He seemed to be in a rush and did not take the time to clean the carpet. It takes me longer to vacuum the carpet than it did when he cleaned it. He left water spills throughout and didn’t wipe it down, scratched a wall with the water hose event though there was plenty of space to avoid damaging the walls. Overall not satisfied with the visit.

This is the second time I have requested a specific person who you DID NOT send! I was assured for BOTH appointments that Jamie would be my technician only for you to send WHOEVER you chose in their place! This indicates to me that you DO NOT care what my preferences are and that YOU think you know best!!! I really liked Alexander for this last appointment HOWEVER if you ever do that again - after I was ASSURED that Jamie would be my technician then I WILL send them away!!!! Do not waste my time by sending someone I DO NOT request!!! I am going to give you one more chance to get this right and lets see how you do.

If a customer asked to clean carpet in certain areas I think it should be done right. I did what I was asked to do.

Person who came was quite nice and courteous. However, after drying I saw that the soy sauce droplets in the hallway didn’t come out and also an obvious 3-4” dirt stain in the game room didn’t come out. I simply used Tuff Stuff after the Zeroez cleaning and all the stains easily came out! Disappointed this time as a previous Zeroez cleaning did an excellent job.

Technician did not explain exactly why I needed odor treatment on an old pet stain, when there was no odor present. I asked how much extra it would cost, but did not say to do it. But he did it and charged for it. He was very nice, just a misunderstanding he said, but he did not remove it from my bill.
