People skills of technician
I spent over $900 because I believed that the technician would be able to clean my rugs. I really liked the technician he had really great energy very friendly and he was willing to add my couch onto his job duties even though that’s not what the original plan was. He did a wonderful job on cleaning my couch in the front room that the couch was in. However, the other main room was my bedroom and he did not spend the same amount of time in that room and it looked terrible when it started to dry so I am very disappointed, especially after spending $900 that I really didn’t have to spend. I would rather the technician come back and just complete the job in my bedroom rather than be reimbursed for anything. I don’t know if he ran out of time or why the difference. And yes, I know he asked me to come look at it before he left, but it was wet and the room didn’t have lights on so I went with his expertise, but right after it started drying, you could see the original spots and streaks From his vacuum left on the carpet.
Did a great job. Carpet looks good. I have 4 kids most all stains came out. Jalen was great!!! My 2nd time using yall.
I always like that my carpets stay clean. My carpets are getting pretty old. So I know they are harder to get results or stay clean, but they always seem to get them back to where they should be and extend the life of my carpets until I can replace them.
