Business owner of this company Bo lacks basic courtesy and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Stay away from this company and they trick people with air duct cleaning service and oversell additional things. Sold a service that will take 3-4 hours and charged $1500, and they show up and say it’s a 1 hour job and ask for money when we weren’t home. He threatened and harassed for money and didn’t have courtesy to wait.

phenomenal engaging rep but was a speed demon...I wondered how carpet even got wet he went over so quickly. to me to get deep cleaning one would think you would go slowly. set up service and takedown under 40 minutes.

The technician did a great job.! However, I was disappointed that you advertised 3 rooms for $99, but when I called for the appointment I was told there was an additional $25 fee. Then when the actual invoice came there was another $10 charge. So what was advertised as $99 was actually $134. You should reconsider that- it really makes your company look dishonest.
