The service was good, however, I wish the technician would have told me the grout will not look brand new due to wear and tear. Also, the corners were missing a good cleaning.

Charles, our service tech, was a great person; worked hard, listened to our interruptions of his work and did a great job.
The tech that came to do the job walked into my house with his shoes on. I offered shoe booties but realized didn’t have them. He should’ve already had them. It should be standard practice for all of your techs to take off their shoes or wear shoe coverings. Especially with the current environment. You’re coming into someone’s house with your dirty shoes on to clean their carpets. See the irony?

I like the professional service. I had a sofa and area rug cleaned. The technician was thorough and explained everything that he was going to do and then explained it again when he was finished. I could not have been more pleased.

When the tech came back to re-service an area of my carpet that looked like it has me a water stain, he proceeded to tell me his equipment couldn’t have caused the problem because of the way it works. He cleaned the area, and when it dried, the stain was gone. I guess he was wrong about the equipment. The interaction was a bit off putting as I felt like I was being called a liar.
Secondly, I had just spent nearly $400 with your company as a first-time customer. The carpets looked great after the cleaning. When my dog returned to the house the night after the cleaning, it puked up something creating a small 4” x 3” spot on the carpet 2 feet from where the cleaning equipment had to go to get to the re-service area. I had blotted it, and I had hoped the tech might do me a favor and clean that small spot so I wouldn’t have to use my chemical spray on the newly-cleaned carpet. No way...he told me this was a re-service, and Zerorez wouldn’t allow him to do anything other than reclean the problem area. It would have taken less than a minute...it was on his path out the door with the cleaner...I would have given him $5 if it had been required.
What a CHEAP policy coming from a company that wants its customers to “rave” about it.
