The carpet upstairs was cleaned twice 3 days apart and still smells like dog urine. It didn’t smell before the treatment and now does. Very disappointed that with spending almost $1000 on cleaning services I do not have a better result. The gentleman did a great job but all I can figure is inferior product.

I'm just amazed at how clean my carpets are after using Zerorez. I've used them many times and am always happy with the results . The technicians are courteous and helpful answering any questions I might have.

I gave Zerorez carpet cleaning to my daughter as a gift for her new baby. My carpet has been cleaned in my home by Zerorex three times before. I found that your company is only as good s the Tech that comes out. This time the guy had on old, worn shoe covers and I had to ask him to pull his mask up. It was downhill after that. He waited until he put up all of his equipment and then asked me to take a look at the carpet because he was finished. I looked in the baby’s room which was previously a guest room so it was not a high traffic area, and I asked him if he could go over that area again. He proceeded to tell me that it was the lighting. I adjusted the lighting and I could still see an area that didn’t look clean. Then he told me that he’s already gone over that area before. Then he told me to wait until it dries and it will look different after it dries. He never even tried to clean the area. Then he said it must’ve been a high traffic area and I told him that it was not. I was so disappointed. I had to apologize to my daughter because the baby’s oom is still not clean. I had previously bragged on Zerorex. I also had recommended you guys to other coworkers. To make this right, I need someone to come back out and clean the bab’s room, please!

I especially love the clean look and feel of my carpet after it has been cleaned! They do a wonderful job of getting out all the dirt and even some stains. My favorite part is that I can be completely confident in my carpet being 100% safe for my children and pets.

This has not been my first carpet cleaning with them, and it certainly won't be my last!

After the carpets dried, they looked exactly the same. The spots don't look any different. The carpets don't look clean at all. Total waste of money. This was my first time ever using a professional carpet cleaning service and I feel like I got took. My father just passed away and lots of people are coming to my house and I paid almost $200 for absolutely nothing. This didn't help with what we are going through at all.

Service and quality are great, but I still feel that you are too pricey.

We used you at our home and the carpets really did not get cleaned and then we have given you a 2nd chance at one of our rental properties and I met the technician, who noticed your equipment really wasn’t cleaning like it should, it was clogged up ) I now wonder if that was the issue at our home). he called maintenance and dispatch. They offered no help so we re scheduled for 2 days later so he could either get the equipment fixed or replaced so the carpets in our rental could be cleaned properly. The carpets at our home are still not cleaned properly and we will be using another service. And after you come back to the rental. We will not be using zerorez again. By the way. We own 15 rental properties.

The carpet still looked dirty after cleaning. We had a second cleaning and was told that the first cleaner used too hot of a steam and basically ruined our carpet to where they are unable to get the carpet to look clean

came in house and it was smoking house could have burned down now have to get electrician
