The service people come when scheduled and work, work, work —- no wasting of time. They are very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Things are cleaned up before the service people leave, and my floors & carpet look like new! A terrific company!

After the guys left our house, both my husband and myself were amazed at how everything looked and smelled. Though our cleaning was very expensive, we both feel it was money well spent. Our 12+ year old sectional looks great! And, the area rug in our great room looks new!
The carpeting in our living/dining room is now pet spot free! The white sofa in that room also looks amazing!

The only thing we were surprised by was that the tech did not were any type of shoe covering - I understand he is cleaning the carpet and that water is involved so paper booties wouldn't work, but we obviously noticed the omission. Otherwise the tech was very friendly, efficient and paid attention to the details. Overall we're satisfied with the results

Honor the 20% discount on additional cleaning that just released a week after we spent $520 to have three rooms and the tile cleaned. Management should do a better job of taking care of the customer. We will not use Zerorez again and will take to Yelp and Angie’s list to share our experience.
BAD -- the man I talked with on the phone the cleaning told me that the EG Steak gift card was not available.
I told him that the flyer I got in the mail said it was an offer.
He said that the flyer was "out-of-date".
I told him, "How can that be, I just got in the mail yesterday!"
The man who came to do the cleaning called the office after I complained about it, and the lady immediately put it on my account !
What is going on with your man who answer our calls to schedule cleaning ?!?!?
Great service and the tech was very professional and knowledgeable.
We had a visit by Mario C., very polite and professional. He had our carpets cleaned in a small amount of time. We have used Zerorez in the past and have had great service every time. Would highly recommend!
It took 4 different times of people coming out to clean our carpets before they actually got cleaned. William came out first and left dark streaks in the carpet. William was to come back again but “no one knew where he was.” Jose came out instead of William and said William ruined our carpets by using too hot of a temperature and therefore he did the best he could to clean them. I complained again and a supervisor was suppose to come out. He never showed. I called and waited and left a message that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I was told Suzanne would call me. She called and gave me her “personal” cell number. I left several messages and she never called back. I gave up trying to talk to Suzanne and just called the regular number and asked to have Joseph to come out and clean my carpets. They are now finally clean after close to month of me calling and waiting to talk to someone and telling my story over and over. I’ve asked how y’all will make this right and I haven’t heard back. I’ve asked for a refund and was told I would be called the next day and I wasn’t. I’m frustrating by your lack of professionalism. You have an awesome employee in Joseph it’s too bad he is the only one.
