Within hours, the same day of service, 5/five spots (that I anticipated would be easy to remove) returned. The following day, other more difficult spots had returned. I am saddened by this, and a bit embarrassed (the person whom paid had identified half a dozen other carpet cleaning companies whom he thought would be just as good, but half the price. I disagreed and am now embarrassed with my outcome)

Carpet was not cleaned properly , there are still stains left . Paid $60 for stairs carpet cleaning plus the other cost. Was expecting a better service:(

I will start by saying that the quality of the work is excellent. What needs improvement is the technicians attempt to increase the price after a quote has been given and a clear definition of a walk-in closet. We were given a quote for 5 bedrooms, a game area w/landing, a media room, and a hall. None of the rooms have any closets that should be considered a walk-in...NONE!! We did have a master bedroom and under stairs, walk-in closets that we asked him to add as these were not on the quote and we were told that would be an additional $50. For the other closets, he said it would be an additional $150. We said no thank you! According to the receipt he did end up doing them as a one-time courtesy. We appreciate this, but we don't appreciate the attempt to take our $250 quote to $450. NOT PROFESSIONAL at all.
The lack of chemicals used and the professionalism of the technicians.
The spots that I paid extra to get treated are still on my carpet. The technician sprayed a little treatment all over the carpet, put his sprayer away and took one pass over the room with the vacuum. The first time I had you out, that technician was very thorough and made sure everything was satisfactory. I pointed out a spot to this technician and he said, it will go away it’s just wet. It’s not just wet and I’m highly disappointed. I paid $140 to clean one room and I feel it should have been done better than this.
Recently had my a/c vents cleaned and am very pleased with that service. Just had my carpets cleaned and again had superior results. I would recommend Zerorez services to anyone.
