I already shared this with a supervisor but the cleaning was great. The technician, however, hit on me as he was leaving. He asked me if I was married (while my two kids were napping in the room he just cleaned) and said I was beautiful. After getting him out the door HE CAME BACK a few minutes later to ask to use the restroom. Um, no thank you. This was super uncomfortable for me and unfortunately I don't think I can use y'all again.

I invited Zerorez to my home to clean the carpets of two (2) rooms and one (1) closet in preparation for selling our home. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a place where was had fallen on the carpet. The technician told me everything about which I needed to be aware before he began cleaning the carpets and addressing the wax problem. All of the carpets turned out beautifully. The technician was thorough in explaining what I needed to do to make sure the carpets dried thoroughly without any possible mildew issues. I truly appreciated all Zerorez provided and will definitely use them again in my new home.

I love that my carpet can be cleaned without the use of toxic chemicals and the clean feeling after, despite no use of toxic chemicals. I really appreciated the technician who came this time. His name was Ceasar and he was very professional, polite, but also friendly to my children. The last time we had zerorez over, the technician was not and it made me feel quite uncomfortable, but he was in my home and I didn't want to five a bad review knowing that he knew my name and had my information. Ceasar was very respectful and we appreciated him and his advise to help the carpet dry faster.

My latest "Carpet cleaning " 11/12/20 was done by your Tech Justin G.

He told me of other possibilities I might be interested with my carper cleaning if there were any stains etc. There weren't any, as he noted upon insp. of my carpeting. He then set up to get started. He worked very methodically, and if I had a question he answered it. At the end the carpeting looked great, and he appeared to take pride in a job well done. I was extremely pleased. I like the fact that in the end the carpet was not soaking wet, just slightly damp.

I have used Zerorez numerous times, and they not only do a great job, but there is no odor.

My experience yesterday was not one of my best with ZeroRez, and I've been using your company for years. I will say the technician, Demarcus, did a good job of cleaning the carpets, but I have to wonder if he was really new to the job, because here's what did *not* happen that usually does:

- He did not say hello when he arrived; it was kind of awkward at the door.
- He did not introduce himself; I had to ask his name.
- He did not confirm pricing with me before he started; as a result, he billed me the wrong amount. Fortunately, I saw the invoice text and saw there was an error while he was still here, so he fixed it.
- He did not offer a walk-through at the end, and had already put away all the equipment even if I *had* found something. While he was out in the truck writing it up I did a walk-through on my own; there was one spot I should've pointed out, that didn't get cleaned, but by then it was too late.
- I had to get up and close the front door each time he went out to the front, even after I asked to please make sure it was closed.

It took a good 40 minutes to get everything set up before he even started. I was working and on calls, so it wasn't an issue, but that was something new as well.

I had to ask him a couple of times to pull his mask up. I'm in a high-risk group, and it's taken me this long to feel even slightly comfortable about having someone in my house. It made me nervous.

I know my carpets were a challenge, partly because I have pets, and party because it's been a while since my last cleaning. Given that, he really did do a good job, and worked hard at it, so I'm grateful for that. There were just some communication issues.

Joseph was very professional and cared about doing the job really well. Even took before and after pictures. I also love that they are a non toxic company!

The products are top quality. The technicians that come out are great. This last time I had my air ducts cleaned by Raymond - he was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, respectful of me and my house, kept me informed of what he was doing and if there was any changes in my invoice (if I added services while he was there), he explained the changes and got my approval before proceeding with any work.
I was totally happy with Raymond and the other two technicians that were out previously to clean my carpets.
I highly recommend Zerorez for their products, quality service, and personnel.

I have used Zero Carpet cleaning multiple times but this particular time, they did a horrible job cleaning my carpet.
The person that came out did a rush job they didn’t offer any cleaning solution or etc. I will have asked for management to return my and I have not heard back from anyone.

It took 4 different times of people coming out to clean our carpets before they actually got cleaned. William came out first and left dark streaks in the carpet. William was to come back again but “no one knew where he was.” Jose came out instead of William and said William ruined our carpets by using too hot of a temperature and therefore he did the best he could to clean them. I complained again and a supervisor was suppose to come out. He never showed. I called and waited and left a message that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I was told Suzanne would call me. She called and gave me her “personal” cell number. I left several messages and she never called back. I gave up trying to talk to Suzanne and just called the regular number and asked to have Joseph to come out and clean my carpets. They are now finally clean after close to month of me calling and waiting to talk to someone and telling my story over and over. I’ve asked how y’all will make this right and I haven’t heard back. I’ve asked for a refund and was told I would be called the next day and I wasn’t. I’m frustrating by your lack of professionalism. You have an awesome employee in Joseph it’s too bad he is the only one.
