Technician said I had animal stains. No stains but showed up under special light. Last animal died April 2010. Carpet installed November 2010. Zerorez has cleaned before with no mention of stains/light up spots.
Stain found in office under desk chair mat that your spot cleaner and regular cleaning just "could not remove." After Zerorez left, I sprayed Spot Shot and blotted up. Darkest place took two times but came up.
So much for my carpet cleaning.

I love that my carpets are clean!!! It takes about 32 hours before it's dry with the ceiling fans running. The cat hair comes up with the service that doesn't come up with all the vacuuming that I try to do. The young man did a good job.

The entire process was simple, but your pricing is a bit high. The technician was awesome, very friendly and very efficient. After finishing, the carpets looked very good. Only your pricing kept you from earning a 10.

Everything. Mario our cleaning carpet technician was awesome. He was super nice and very professional & courteous. Our carpets look brand new (in fact, they are at least 10 years old). He suggested and we added the protectant on the carpet. If I could give Mario a 100%, I would.

Inability to remove stains.
I was pleased with the last technician. He got right to work with only small upsale speach.
Techs before took so much time measuring and trying to upsale me which was irritating.
I had to reschedule for My tile to be cleaned again. This was a great inconvenience since we had to move the washer and dryer out of the laundry room which was being cleaned. Now we have to go almost 1 week with out a washer and dryer until the service can some back to clean. I also took off work for both services. This was the biggest disappointment.
I did recommend your company the first time, but now I’m uncertain.
