I LOVE this non-toxic approach to carpet cleaning! I texted the following but I am not sure it was received.
Darwin did a fantastic job! My carpets are in a "kid" area and were really dirty! We will be moving in 6 months to a year and they really need to be replaced (wait til we're close to selling). However, I want them to be clean for the remainder of our stay. I really wasn't too concerned about looks. But after Darwin, finished, the carpet actually looks great! I'm happy to have them clean AND they look great!
Darwin was a gentleman and was very pleasant to work with. He was appreciative of my business. He was very quick in his work and was careful not to damage furniture and door trim/corners. He was respectful of my budget too. I had considered cleaning a sofa but after he tested a spot, it was not a good result so he recommended leaving it alone. He was also knowledgeable about it's composition (down filled) and said cleaning it might damage the down fill. I appreciated his honesty.
I'm not sure if I will get to work with Darwin again but I would love to if I need carpets/etc. cleaned in the future.

i've always been very satisfied with zerorez--have used you for the past three years.
Was pleased with my carpets this time-overall. However discovered some spots on my hallway laminate flooring after the cleaning person had left. The spots had no finish on them and cleaning the spots did not correct the problem. The only explanation that I could come up with was that the "special disinfectant"that he suggested using was on his shoes and he then tracked it down my hallway and it removed the finish on my laminate. The spot or areas I'm referring to were not small but the size of a footprint. Now I am left with this problem. Not pleased about this. Would appreciate a call back regarding my comment. Very knowledgeable tech who was customer service focused in every way and proud to be a Zerorez employee. A flashing technique that removed pet accidents that another carpet cleaning service did not have the ability to do.

Everyone we spoke to and the technician was very professional and polite. Pricing was open and honest. The technician worked very hard and did a very good cleaning our carpets and chair.
I was surprised that the guy didn't show my wife all the residue I am sure he sucked out of the carpet. The last guy that did them left them with a lot of soap residue. She just said he didn't talk much.
thought the technician was critical of our flooring in an attempt to push sales. Its carpeting, if there were not areas to clean why would I need to use your service at all?
Also thought you process caused way too much carpet buckling.
Great Technicians and great & honest service!
Both appts were over an hour and a half late after the allotted two hour timeframe with no correspondence. I arranged childcare and carved out a day to get these services and your business was not respectful of my time.
I was told the tile sealing and cleaning would arrive between 1-3. I called to check and was told 3:30. I had to call back at 4:15 when no one had shown because I had to go get my kids. The customer service associate did not say anything apologetic or act as if it was an issue. She simply said when can we reschedule as if it is simple to just find a time for someone to watch my young children.
Furthermore, the air duct service men told me I would receive photos and videos of the before and after which I have not received.
I am disappointed as your customer service leading up to the day of seemed professional.
I was offered 10 percent off my reschedule and I believe I should have received a discount off the air duct as well since y’all were so late.
I don’t even want to reschedule though because 2 out of 2 appts were extremely late with zero communication which is simply unprofessional.

Provide ample time to the customer for any delays. Due to circumstances offer options to customers as a courtesy to the customer rather than only offering a reschedule.. offering options to the customer offering the most convenience to the customer should be part of business as usual
Getting scheduled was very easy, the scheduler was very kind and professional and answered all my questions. I was scheduled quickly and at a time that worked well for me. The price point was fair. The technician was professional and courteous and prompt. My grout looked great !! We used Zerorez for our carpets last year and were equally satisfied! We will call again and recommend Zerorez for carpet and grout cleaning.
