Excellent results on cleaning my 20 year old pale grey wool carpet. It looks new again! The technician was friendly, courteous and shared several tips on maintaining the carpet. This was my first time using Zerorez and won't be the last.
We like the process that doesn’t leave soap or residue in your carpet. The service and personnel are very courteous and do a good job.
The bathroom carpet in the master bedroom wasn't cleaned , my mailer said up to 4 room carpet cleaning 99.00 and 10 dollar disposal fee I believe I paid 123 and change. But what was clean is clean

The service person was not at all cooperative.
Did not help us move any of the furniture or did not even move the comforters which were in closets. They got wet.
Also exercise bike cord they broke did not even tell us until we noticed.
Despite of all the these inconveniences they did not even do good job of cleaning.

Made an appointment with carpet cleaner. Waited for 2 hour and didnt show up. Amazing service.

I explained to the technician our problem with pet odors. We just got a small puppy, who has had many accidents on the carpet. Now it's the next day and the odors are back - it is as if nothing was cleaned.
I rechecked the website and there is no way to specifically select pet odor removal, even though the procedure is described as a solution to remove pet odors. I wish the technician would have offered this specific treatment as an option since we clearly have seriously soiled carpets. I would have paid more for extra treatment if I had known the cleaning procedure he used would not get rid of the smell. It really felt like a waste of time and money.
While the technician was friendly, I was bothered that he didn't wear his mask properly in our home, with his nose exposed most of the time.
