Smooth, efficient and personable staff
Everything went according to plan and met my expectations perfectly. Our technician was nice and went above and beyond. Really this has been the best experience of the last several months. There always seems to be some excuse for inconsistency in other services. Will have you back in the future and would recommend. Thanks for doing what’s expected.

I like the clean smell of my carpet afterwards. They also dry fairly quickly. The technicians are good. The one we had the other day, Tyler, even arrived earlier than the window (by about 5 minutes). He was done in an hour, which was also great! Great service and a great price!
If unsure about an area to clean, ask rather than just leave it and not do it. I had a small section on one side of the bed in my bedroom that I had moved everything from the floor that was there and it was very evident because it was all on top of my bed, but he didn’t get that little area against the walls on two sides and on the one side at the bed. Otherwise I am quite pleased

The technician was very respectful and helpful. The cleaning process did just what Zerorez said it would do and my ducts are now clean and dust free. I have had my carpet and ducts cleaned by Zerorez and was satisfied each time.
