Fast and friendly
The technician was courteous, friendly, efficient and helpful. I believe his name is Terry. Zerorez has always performed well for me. Great work. Thanks.
The actual cleaning service was great. I expected that, of course. There was no reason to think Zerorez wouldn’t do a truly professional job, although these days even that can be hard to find.
The real star of the show though was Mario. The homeowner of the house I had cleaned using Zerorez was feeling very upset and combative well before Mario got blindsided by her. To make things worse, I was running several hours late. I had been panicking inside—what if she chased him off? What if she talks him into adding all kinds of services that aren’t in the budget? I arrive 2 hours after our appointment to find Mario wrapping up. He had been politely answering the homeowners interrogation questions the entire time. He knew what it could do to my position if he simply started adding charges without speaking with me. He was also just good conversation, and before he left he wound up telling me all kinds of helpful things about my own job that I’m ashamed to admit I was completely oblivious to.

Everything went great, they explained everything they would do and were very professional and did a very good job.
He did not put protectors under the feet of my wood furniture. Moved very little furniture. Previous time, did a better job. This wasn't bad but wasn't as good.

You do great work, but you are overpriced. We’ve hired you twice and both times it felt like a bait and switch: the end price was shockingly higher than what we expected (without adding any extra services).
I would love if the carpet would dry faster
I installed high quality carpeting through several rooms in my home in 2012 and have used only Zerorez to clean them over a half dozen times. The carpets look and feel like new! Zerorez has been a great investment to keep my carpeting clean and in near perfect condition over the years. I would highly recommend this company to others!

Technician was on time and very nice. He went to work cleaning my carpet and did a great job.
The service person was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and went out of his way to be sure we were completely satisfied before he left.
The spray from the tile cleaner got on our new wood floors and they won’t come clean. There are streaks where the wood got wet. Also, a wood threshold was broken. Although the tile are carpets loom clean, my new wood floor looks dirty.
I was impressed by the honesty of Zerorez agent Raymond. He was professional, and with a positive attitude. Upon looking at the house's airduct system, he realized it was clean. He let me know that it was unnecessary to go ahead with the service. Honesty is priceless. I will definitively recommend Zerorez to my friends and will continue to use Zerorez for the cleaning of the carpet and the airduct system when necessary.

The young man was a good talker but he did not spend as much time cleaning as previous others for the same amount of rooms. There were areas (spots) that I felt weren't cleaned enough.
