Your technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly. I have been using Zerorez for the past few years and have never been disappointed. I also like the fact that they don’t use chemicals on my carpet.

You were very timely. I liked that. But my carpet honestly looks about like it did when you came out. I was hoping to bring up some of the soiled path areas in my carpet (and I have taken good care of my carpet). The area I am mainly talking about was around the bed. But it looks the same. We are doing a remodel and had two of the three rooms without any furniture. I was disappointed in the fact that I know the carpet was cleaned but it really looks the same. Thanks for asking for my feedback. In my former home I had Service Master clean my carpets a couple times (in another city) and man, you could tell the carpet had been cleaned. I couldn't tell this time. It was a great price and everything was good except there was not much change.
The carpet looked so bright and clean. It left a clean smell
I know my carpet was dirty and I knew about the paint stains in one room. He didn’t clean as good as other cleaners guys. Overall he gets a C. I felt like he was in a hurry to get done.
