Everything was great. Carpets look and smell clean. Service was quick and professional. Discussed what we needed, pricing and he got to work.
Only complaint is that they have a two hour window to arrive and he was 20 minutes late and couldn’t even arrive within that window or let us know they would be late. So we wasted two hours of our day waiting on him to arrive when we could have been moving.

Loved the service! My technician was so polite and very thorough with the service provided as well as his explanation of the process and all of the options for any adds I may want or need. He made sure he gave me the exact price ahead of time as well. I will definitely be using zerorez in the future!

It was very easy to book online. The service tech was very nice and explained everything. When I booked online, I selected a few options by accident that didn’t apply to our house. The tech noticed them and removed the charges since they didn’t apply. I was thankful for his honesty.
