Carpets are always fresh and clean. Technicians are very professional.
We were disappointed that the high traffic areas were not able to be cleaned well. The tech did his best, but the formula used did not break the dirt down enough for it to be removed.
Maybe there is nothing that can be done aside of a good ole scrub brush by hand for those areas.
Still, it was disappointing, but not a deal breaker. Just our first experience. We would still tell others to use the service.

You have some of the best techs. They are very informative, polite and professional. Every time I have my carpet cleaned, it takes very little time to completely dry and it feel so soft. I recently had an area rug cleaned. I wanted to throw it away but my wife wanted it cleaned. So glad I did not throw it away. The tech came in and did a great job. Thanks for saving me some hard earned money...

We had stains that we didn’t know about and he detected them and showed us
I had someone come to clean carpet...had a few stains which I told them about before. he was in and out on approximately 20 minutes and explained how I could tip him. The next day the edge of carpet was not clean and had a weird smell. I called to have someone come back out...the tech comes in sniffing around the carpet on his hands and knees telling me it smells here and there. Proceeds to tell me it will be AN ADDITIONAL $75 per gallon to retreat the spots. In total I would have been paying OVER $400 for a 12x12 room, I have used several carpet cleaning companies and never been nickeled and dimed to have my smell room cleaned. Both very unprofessional and still don’t have a clean carpet!

It is wool so there was no extra effort in cleaning it. I signed a waiver so I don’t know why the charge was so expensive

I have been using Zerorez for many years. I never had a problem. I had my tile cleaned for the first time with them it was terrible. First of all, the young guy they sent his equipment broke down. He kept contacting customer service for help. I also needed that service that day because I was putting my house on the market. The young man called around for help. There was not anyone available. They told me the earliest they can come out was Saturday. I said that wouldn’t work. So he tried to use another hose to do the job, unfortunately it didn’t work . The floor didn’t get clean. I call right away and they gave me the run around. It’s been a week and a day no refund no response with an answer. I will also call good morning texas for recommending this business with bad service. They also over charged me!!!!
The quality of work, professionalism
No phone call with eta, arrived just before the close of the “time window”, had an earbud in his ear and talking to someone the entire time he was cleaning. A few areas were questionable as to if cleaned properly, typically closer to baseboards. Became more apparent as carpet dried.
