You didnt move a single chair or other lightweight furniture until I complained...just cleaned around every leg. If I had been told I was supposed to follow tech around and move things as he went, I would have done it. I thought he would only not move heavy, large or fragile things. He was very nice and careful and what he did was fine. But overall did not meet my expectations of a professional caroet cleaning job.

I highly recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning. As a realtor, I not only use them for my personal home but recommend them to clients.
