No residue
It was to much water left behind and it took way to long to dry. .the carpet was installed a year ago I got it cleaned because I didn't want to wait until it was really dirty.

The process is much better than some of the other carpet cleaners. It was certainly more effective than other services. The service person was here when he said he would be and was very good about communicating.

I have used ZeroRez for over 10 years. I have white carpet, and if maintained properly, there isn't anything that your company can't handle! My technician, Buck, was awesome. He was polite, professional, efficient and thorough in his work. I would give that man a bonus, if I were you.
