The whole process was very easy. Scheduling, follow-up calls two days before the cleaning and 30 minutes before the Tech arrived. The Tech did a good job cleaning my carpets and tile. I will use Zerorez again.

Our service person was good and worked hard; however, she arrive at the end of the time window and did not finish until 11 pm. Our job really needed two service technicians.

The professionalism and super job of making the carpets look and feel new again!
Arrive closer to predicted time, tech should wear booties; he tracked tennis shoe footprints on our laminate hall way, our tech smelled bad…sour. He was very overweight and sweating profusely…those two things (and maybe not wearing fresh clothing each day?) are no doubt responsible for the offensive smell.

I like the people who come to clean the carpet. There isn’t an odor when the carpet has been cleaned. It dries in a little while. The carpet is not stiff

The service was poor and inadequate
The guy was not ready to assist with the needs of customer. He was insolent and very rude insisting on charging more for things that were included in the original verbal contract. Lack of communication to effect good service.
Our carpets have survived three children and are at least 25 years old. The cleaning was perfect.
I was very pleased with my cleaner. He was on time and did an excellent job on my carpets. I would recommend Zerorez to any homeowner.
