Received text that technician would arrive within 45 minutes. Neatly dressed, friendly young man arrived timely. Asked him how large the hose was and he explained. Informed him that if he could to close the door as narrowly as possible, that because of the recent torrent rains we had seen snakes. Well, I think I scared him. Between about 9 a.m to 9:26 a.m., he had cleaned a 20x18 bedroom and about 14 stairs. NO WAY!!! When he informed me he was finished, I asked "you are finished already?" To which he said yes and if there ere any concerns to call it in. Well, upon inspection, the stairs were not done well at all. The crevices did not appear to be touched at all, just a hit on the top of the stairs. Couldn't tell much on the bedroom, as the carpet was fairly new and only my husband and myself live in the home. More concerned about the entry way from the family room and the adjoining bathroom. I think a retry would be better once the rain goes away, with the threat of snakes surfacing from pushing them out of their hiding places.
All appears to be well done....clean and dry ! Nice fellow who did the job also.....
The technician arrived on time, was polite, and did a very good job.
Only negative is it took 24 hours for it to dry not the expected 4-5 hours I was told.

I like to clean carpet and the clean furniture and the fact that it doesn’t leave any residue I don’t necessarily like your website it’s in compatible with beach access which I have to use because I’m blind
Well I signed up for the promotion for Ranger tickets. Did not receive those tickets. Also I’ve used you for the past several years. This time was so tedious from the beginning starting with scheduling.
When our tech left I was so impressed. Everything was so clean. We upgraded the $60 for the pet treatment and after our carpets dried completely they smell worse than they did before the cleaning. So disappointed!
Move chairs to the side to clean under them.
The guys were great. Did the job fast and our carpet looked amazing afterwards. Highly recommended!

After having Zerorez to the house for the second time to try and make things right, the spots are still very apparent. My carpet is roughly 2 years and in good shape other than a couple of areas I thought should be quite easy to remove. Unfortunately, there are still there! I wish I could say otherwise bc I was excited to use Zerorez after hearing the advertisements on 106.1 every morning, but this is not the case. I feel I threw $300 plus away.

You cleaned my tile in my kitchen and it is terrible. The grout is spotty and still dirty. This is a problem as it looks worse than how it was in the beginning.

Everything looks great, and the tech was very courteous. But the color was taken out of our carpet in one spot, I told the tech about the enzymes we used. I don't think he was trained to know that they would react with the heavy pet treatment because when he called his supervisor he told him it happens sometimes with enzymes. When he told us about their conversation, it was like he just learned it. And the treated area is very heavy with residue now. Cleaning up the residue would be a great start to solving our problem but the carpet is ruined.

We recently switched from Stanley Streemer to ZeroRez for our home's carpet cleaning. Although we've only used you twice, we are beyond impressed with the quality of clean that we get with ZeroRez. On top of that, the technicians are always professional and courteous. They always finish up by asking if everything was done to our satisfaction and offer to go over those heavy traffic areas that always seem to need a little extra attention. We pay more for ZeroRez but we certainly get our money's worth.
