Fool me once, shame on you, twice, shame on me. So, shame on me. Our experience is that Zero (the score they get from me) consistently uses the old bait and switch and does everything possible to not honor the scope of work and price you receive when you make the appointment. Up-charging is the Zero’s business model, so buyer be wary. This is the last of two times we have used Zero. We had a bad experience the first time. The experience was so bad, in an attempt to satisfy us, Zero gave us a coupon for $50. Emphasis on “coupon”; a refund is what Zero should have given us. We booked their forever-being-offered “Bait” special. Three rooms for $99. We scheduled Zero to clean our master bedroom and game room. We agreed that our game room would equate to two rooms in size. We agreed to pay extra for two step-in closets in the game room and the master closet. During the phone call to schedule and define the scope of work (SOW), this was all explained to the call-taker. We agreed in advance to pay their additional charge for the mast closet for a total of ~$128.00. When the service rep arrived, the price and SOW changed. We were told that the call-taker person had entered a different SOW that only included two rooms (master & game). How this could be since we had booked the standard three-room Bait/Switch deal, I don’t know (the deal includes three rooms, not two). We were very specific when making the appointment and this was not miscommunication. The service rep was nice & polite, but also immediately went into up-sale mode. Offers for "deep" cleaning, odor treatment, etc. were pitched. We did not hire Zero to lightly clean anything. What is the deep clean about? The rep would not clean what we agreed to when we scheduled the appointment. He insisted in up-charging to clean the game room (which we had already agreed counted as two rooms of the $99 three room bait deal). He wanted $25 each for both, game room step in closets that are nowhere near master closet in size. This nickel & diming frustrated and upset us. The service rep kept pointing to the work order, which was wrong. He was basically blaming the person who made the appointment. The rep never once tried to call the office for clarification or to resolve the problem. Of course, this is substantial proof that this is all a bait/switch from the get-go. The rep did not want resolution or a satisfied customer, he just wanted to stick to the business plan and upcharge us. We ended up calling the Zero office for resolution as the service rep began his work. The person that answered the Zero office phone apparently did not care about their customers. The person in the Zero office was not able to resolve the problem. This of course begs to question why they answer the phone if they are not empowered to help customers. Anyway, we were told someone would call us back right away. We expected a call back and resolution before the service rep completed one of the rooms. We wanted this straightened out before the service rep left our home. The service finished and left. It’s been over 24 hours since the service rep left our home, and we still waiting on a call-back from the Zero office for resolution. 100% proof the customer does not come first for Zero. Disappointingly, the rep beat us out of an additional $15 for the game room. But, of course, upcharges are, was and always will be Zero’s business model. Buyer beware. Even before the doorbell rings, please know, you will receive nontransparent pricing, nontransparent work scope, and upcharges at every turn. No one in the Zero office will even call you back about a problem. Our second time dealing with Zero was an egregiously offensive experience and it has nothing to do spending move money. Its about bait & switch and a business model meant to be deceptive from the start. Next, I’ll likely give Dalworth or CemDry a try, but again, same on me!

Marcus was so friendly and professional. I showed him the high traffic areas and trouble spots on our carpets and he worked extra on them. I’m very pleased with the results and will use Zerorez again!

I loved the honesty of your technician . Our filters and AC unit we’re so clean we didn’t need our vents cleaned, only the dryer vent. He did a great job!
I signed up for your $99.00 special but when the technician arrived he said I would have to pay $25 for the small hallway. I have done business with you for years and never been charged extra for the hall. I do not intend to use your services again.
The product does a great job on my older carpet
Clean fresh no chemicals
Out technician was very helpful and did a great job!
Good follow up and customer service. The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable.
Great, reliable and professional service. Your technician, Jacob, did an excellent job. We will keep using your services!
Quick, easy, affordable, and so simple!
Pricing is a little on the high side. I was able to take advantage of the $99 / 3-room special this time, but technically you all only did 2 rooms. I know the tech worked on a couple of small stains, but it ended up being $140+. Also, the first time I used you all (several months ago to clean only one room carpet and couch it was in the $100’s.
It gets carpet clean and is environmentally friendly.
Your team was very supportive and communicatative. You did great work and was very thorough. Thank you
Your team was very supportive and communication was helpful. The work performed was good and we felt very respected and safe. Thank you.
Timeliness, efficiency, courtesy
Very professionally job done.
I was happy to have a call the day before verifying details and giving me a time when technician would come. They called again the day of the appointment and he came within 15 minutes of that stated time. He did a very thorough job and didn't try to upsell me anything. I loved that. The carpet looked great and he even did a bit extra in the entry ways to the bedrooms that weren't on the list to be cleaned. I loved that, too.
Joe was very efficient.
I liked the end result and the young man cleaning the carpet was very good and professional.
The only thing I did not like was the young lady scheduling the service. I think you should say
up front the cost instead of including an environmental fee extra. I understand the tax extra, but
other fees should be stated up front as cleaning cost.
Friendly service
The communication was terrific. The technician, James, was very nice and very thorough. The service was excellent.

The services were easy to schedule, the communication regarding arrival times was great, and the technicians were great.....respectful of our time and home, thorough, and very personable. They clearly enjoy what they do and are excellent at their jobs.
