I love how clean the house feels after having the rugs cleaned.
Cesar was on time for our appointment which I appreciate. He did a really good job and the carpet looks wonderful. All but one of the stains came out. We were told it probably wouldn't because of the component and age of the stain but the process did seem to fade it a little.
Zerorez is very good at cleaning your carpet and tile. Make sure you ask for a very experienced tech so you get the best results.

While your technician was great, the actual service was disappointing. I spent $1,500 to have 3 bedrooms, a hallway, a rug, 2 tile areas, and a sectional cleaned. While they were cleaned, I can see only a slight difference in the cleanliness of any of the surfaces. I will try another service in the future.

This is the second time I've used Zerorez and I must say, the customer service I received from Javier was exceptional. He was courteous, friendly and professional.
