Have all the equipment in the truck. You lost some business because I was going to have him clean my tile/grout (in addition to my carpet), but he didn’t have the right equipment to do it.
Excellent experience with Zerorez today! They showed up on time, explained how the process would work, asked questions about what I wanted, worked quickly and did a great job! The grout cleaning was way better than I anticipated. Here is a before and after picture of the grout. So worth it! 👍🏻
My carpet was very dirty. It is very clean now.
My white, 27 year old wool carpets look amazingly good. And they dried quickly. Technician did a great job and even touched up a couple of stairs. I consider my dollars to have been well spent.

Show up when you say you will. I received a call saying the tech would arrive at 3:20pm and he showed up at 4pm. I asked him if he got lost and he said no. He said he was driving around because he was never informed I had confirmed the time. Obviously there are communication issues within the company. Also, I called at 3:50pm to inquire if there was an issue and the lady put me on hold for 10 minutes. She never returned to the call so when I saw the van coming down my street I just hung up.
