We had our tile & grout cleaned and they did a wonderful job. The man that did our job answered all questions I had. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

Detailed and efficient
The technician, John, was very punctual and friendly. He did a great job cleaning my carpets. I like the fact that you don’t use harsh chemicals and the carpet feels wonderful and clean when walked on after it’s dry. You all came highly recommended by neighbors and I’ll recommend you to my friends and neighbors!

Evan was our Zero Rez technician. He was awesome. Really worked to make our carpets look brand new. The carpets looked, smelled and felt wonderful afterwards.

Gave a 9 because Our appointment was for 3:30 and they texted to come around 1:30. We were not ready we were moving out. Got a text back and they said fine, we understand. The tech came anyways and of course my husband told him not yet we have two big dogs. He sat out in front of our house. This made us nervous like we were not going fast enough! We finally just got our dogs in the car and left so he could clean the carpet.
The technician that I used this past time had excellent customer service. He did a very good job and very friendly. I liked the idea of being able to schedule online.
I loved it. Our services rep was not only on time but early. He did an amazing job and it didn't take long at all. He explained everything to me before he started. Our carpet looked amazing after he was done. 10/10 recommend.

Tech done a great job on getting our carpets clean.
I just did not feel the carpet was as clean as it is normally after Zerorez cleans it. The carpet also doesn’t feel soft like it should

Just had my carpet cleaned by Zerorez. I love that Zerorez doesn’t use chemicals when cleaning the carpet, we have used them the past couple of years and they are honest and offer.quick service. The technician, Bobby J, was friendly, hard working and honest. I will definitely recommend Zerorez.

The work he did this past Friday was very good although there is still a little stain showing inspite of his had work. I know this is a "pad" problem, so do not blame you or him for the problem. Going to wait a few more days to see if any more problems arise, but thank you for the effort to date
I was told I would receive a call the day before my appointment to verify the time I also was told I would receive a call a half hour before my appointment when the tech was on his way I was never called Last year when I had my carpet cleaned from zerorez the tech told me he get the rolls out of my carpet I asked for the same tech but he no longer works there but the woman on the phone said all the techs can do the repair when the tech showed up early with out calling I was told they do not do any type of repair he also did not know why I never received a call

Carpet looks good. Guys were unable to remove spot in front of recliner in guest room. Took longer than expected to dry. was still dampish when i went to bed.
Am not as pleased with Tile floor cleaning. Would not recommend that. Various sizes of water spots obvious on floor in master bath.
