This is what I understood after talking to your representative Ricardo, Tuesday October 5, 2021 at about 1:00 p.m. Because I have metal ducts, there was no heavy build-up of dust and gook. I was very relieved to know this. I was told by one of the top two company's providing electrical work and duct cleaning services that my HVAC was very dirty, leaking, and that my vents needed to be resealed. To tell you the truth, my vents are the only things needing servicing and have been wiped and disinfected by my grandson. My vents will be replaced eventually, but, I do appreciate your representative for his honesty in being up front and frank with me and not just taking my hard earned money unnecessarily. Will recommend your company in the future, thank you so much. Gwen Odom

Explain to your customer the Associate can't lift over 50 pound. The Associate was polite and friendly, but his hand was tied.
Explain to your customer with that being said you are better in a vacant house , or you can clean the middle of the floor. However my carpet was clean.

Technician up sold me on $195 odor treatment while making me believe I was receiving a deeper cleaning. Was offered a $50 gift card to a restaurant over an hour away or a $50 credit towards a cleaning if I meet the $100 and something minimum. Absolute joke of a company. If the technician would've been better trained and not misguided me I would've only spent $159 + tax instead of $354 + tax.

Carpet was still wet today. Vacuum looks like it did not work. Areas of carpet do not look clean. I have impressions where I walk that do not come out after vacuuming the carpet.

Carpet looks good. Guys were unable to remove spot in front of recliner in guest room. Took longer than expected to dry. was still dampish when i went to bed.
Am not as pleased with Tile floor cleaning. Would not recommend that. Various sizes of water spots obvious on floor in master bath.
