After 12 years of traffic, coffee spills and poor and improper cleaning. Zero Res took away our dirt grime and pollutants that were causing health issues with many of our employees.

Quick easy and the tech did a great job
I ordered a $140 + tax permanent air filter, back on Sept. 7. (invoice stated it would be 2 weeks) I have called twice already. The first time was Sept 21 (Week #3) and I was told by the young man that they "had them there", and I said, "I was told it would have to be specially made because of it's size." I was put on hold twice, then I was told it would arrive soon and be delivered by FedEX. Not once was I told, "Our apologies we forgot to place the order, we're placing it now." Nothing. So I asked if he would tell me the date it would arrive since it's common information to have a package tracker (whether an individual or a company) when an order is placed and the item is being delivered via delivery companies such as FedEX. The young man stated it would "arrive by FedEx" and I should get it that Friday (Sept. 24) or by next Friday (Oct. 1) at the latest. Fine.
I called again at 2:27 pm Oct. 7 (Week #5) and the young lady said she would ask the technician and get back to me the next day with the information. I stated that I wish they would have enough integrity to own up and tell me, "we have not yet ordered it or let us refund your money in full...etc." her response was unprofessional as if a teenager was responding, "OKay" my response was, "You answer in that tone? Let me speak to a manager or someone with authority" In her sarcastic unprofessional tone she said, "I will get back with you tomorrow with that information, no one is here now." I asked for her name. Again with unprofessional tone, "Beatrice". Today is Oct. 13 (week #6) and still no return call, no messages and no filter. I would think a company would base their success on their good practice and integrity. Since most everything is recorded on company's end, surely when you have a customer that spends over $1000 of their hard earned money especially during these times, on your services, and with so much competition, that they'd be on top of their orders and keeping their customers for life and not just a one time service.
The technician had a difficult time finding our address and was a bit rude, as it was our fault, when he arrived.
Our technician was great! He was very polite and professional and did a great job!
I had two appointments. First one was for duct cleaning. No problems at all, very satisfied. Second appt was for carpet cleaning. After the carpet cleaner left, there were 3 bottles of whiskey missing from my bedroom. I found one of the bottles outside broken, discarded in my front yard bushes. I do not have proof that he did it, but it is possible. He was the only one in my bedroom. The duct cleaner did not have to do any work in my bedroom. If this guy has previous complaints about missing items, maybe he should be terminated. If not, maybe someone broke into my house and just stole those items.
I like knowing that this is a truly clean way to clean your floors.

Zerorez always does a excellent job. My old carpet looks new again.
Lower the price?
Technician was polite, courteous, and made recommendations based on the info we shared on our home and the kind of foot traffic and paw traffic it sees. We have used Zerorez for all are carpet cleanings and will continue to do so.
This was first cleaning of new upholstery. I upholstered my new chairs last year in polyester chenille and hoped it would come cleaner than it did.
The fabricator was nice.
Love the professionalism, always on time, come get the job done and always do a great job.
Zeroez has a good service fir cleaning my carpets. They get them clean and the spots don’t return for a couple of weeks.
The technicians are friendly and experienced, although this last one didn’t clean up the residual water afterward.
Overall I will use them again.
The CSR that came to clean my carpet was courteous, took the time to explain what needed to be done and recommended what needed done. He worked diligently and cautiously as I have a husband on hospice. When completed, he explained drying process, which I was throughly impressed. Will be using y’all again.

The carpet looks new again. And that's after 12yrs.
