The person who came was knowledgeable about cleaning, efficient, and polite. Your product does leave the carpet non sudsy and clean.
The company is an absoultely cheater who when caught want to fix every thing by wasting more of your time. Why did they cheat in the first place and why you would trust them again. The charged for 4 rooms and cleaned only 3 and said it is done plus the kitchen floor is not cleaned properly when pointed out they blamed there faulty equipment. Zerores is really ZERO in PERFORMANCE, TRUST and CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company.

My technician was very informative, professional, and efficient. I was extremely pleased with the end result of having clean carpet.
The technician was careful, polite and punctual. We’ve had Zerorez clean our carpets in two houses, several times each and the thing I like most about their process is that the carpet feels clean afterward and it stays clean for a long time. It feels new again. We’ve had other people clean past carpet and you can actually feel the leftover soap in it. It feels crunchy. Other places might be cheaper but Zerorez gives the best, longest lasting results.

The information on cost of service was not clear. Why tell me 1 room is $43.00; and then when you show up it is a 123.00 minimum....just say 1 to 3 rooms is $123- I felt like I was scammed.

Service seemed rushed. based on other reviews I saw from my neighbors I was kind of expecting my carpet to look a little more cleaner than it did. It definitely looks clean but I just expected It to look a lot more fluffier and the fibers to stand up more. The carpet is only 6 years old. Not sure if that is not possible because of the age of the carpet.
The service was very good. This is the third time we use zerorez to clean the carpets. They are professional and work fast and clean up afterwards. Some stubborn spots did not come out the last time , as probably they needed stronger chemical stuff which the company doesn't use. The explanation was that the fibers of the carpet got discolored which is a possibility.
