Environmentally friendly and the service techs are always very professional and courteous.
Friendly and informative service men Javier and Tracy worked quickly and efficiently to evaluate and clean our carpets. They explained our options and costs up front and got a badly stained carpet clean enough that we didn’t need to replace it.

The technician broke a lamp. I called and was asked to send an email to Email address removed It’s been a week and I haven’t received a response.
After the first tech issue I was at first disappointed
