There was a lot of pressure to purchase the bio treatment because we have a dog. The technician kept telling me how there might be a dog smell after he cleans and that he isn’t responsible if that is the case. It was a lot of fear and pressure to get me to purchase this add on. He said it was the company that wants him to make sure I understood the possible outcome of if I didn’t purchase it. It was a long conversation about this even after I told him I understood.

I've already spoke to several people about this situation. The fact that I had told them to stop 30 minutes before they stopped. And they didn't do it only to charge me the full. Amount customer service was c*** I just kept getting the same answer. I didn't even get a real discount. Because of the inconvenience
I didn't get any rewards back or any kind of discounts for the future. All I got was sorry. They had already gotten started. We can't give you a refund. And the guy had literally just showed up. He was there waiting for me to sign. And pay for everything for 15 minutes. I literally called back 20 minutes later to stop it. And they told me that he was already finished. And that makes no sense when the it was a four bedroom home with two staircases, three walking closets and a regular closet.I'm very upset.I feel I was taking advantage of

It was good - and honestly, I've had hard surface floors for so long it has been a while since had carpets cleaned. There are a few spots that showed up in one of the rooms after it dried. But otherwise was an ok experience.

We always enjoy our zerorez experience, with a house full of senior dogs it is nice to have the carpets cleaned with such care.

My appointment was from between 10:00-1:00. He didn’t show up until 3:30.
