My carpets were just as dirty as they were before. I had to do them myself after your tech left because my carpet was dirty and really wet. I am demanding a refund.

I chose zerorez because we have a family member in the business. But I wasn’t happy with our last cleaning. I had some bloodstains on our stairs from where a family member was injured. I was able to get an appt two days later. With my 3 room plus hallway special and the stairs plus an extra $100(!) to try to get the bloodstains out I ended up paying $350, way more than I planned. And the stains are still there. I called and they are coming out again but if the stains do t come out they want another special stain fee to try some other stain remover. I feel that since I paid the extra $100 there shouldn’t be another fee to keep working until they come out. Blood isn’t an unusual stain, and it was only 2 days old.

Ease of scheduling and people show up on time. But when you schedule online your options for pricing or not that great. There is no option for area rugs, for example. So when the person shows up to clean, what was quoted is wrong and the price changes. I requested pet treatment for a small room at $60 because that was my only option but what I really needed was pet treatment of an area rug. When the person came to clean, they said instead of the $60 I was quoted for a small room it would actually be per square foot, which was more. Which also makes no sense.

I was scheduled for Thurs 8/07 but somehow they recorded my phone number wrong, so I never got a phone call before the tech was on his way. I don't live at this house and there was no electricity, so I wasn't staying there hanging out for the technician. I called bat 2:45 that afternoon (my appt timeframe was from 12 - 3) to see what happend and to see if they could come back. The lady told me they couldn't come back because the guys were already on their last call of the day. But I was one of the last calls of the day. AND YOU ALL screwed up, which means you all should have come back. I drove 45 minutes EACH WAY for the appointment on Wednesday. And then I had to come back again the next day - another 45 minutes each way. What is frustrating is that I am a returning customer. My information - including my phone number - was already in the system. So how the phone number got changed, I don't know. But either way, the fault was on Zerorez's end and you all should have acoomodated coming back that day. My window time slot was from 12-3 and I called at like 2:45 to figure out if they were coming. Proper customer service would have gotten a tech back out there that afternoon. So while the cleaning on Friday was just fine and that technician was nice, Zerorez's ability to take care of their customers is abysmal!
Alexander provided stellar customer service and worked hard to clean our carpets, tile and flooring! He was very upbeat and did an amazing job! Highly recommend!!!
The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. My disappointment is with your business model. Your adherence to no detergents or other means to loosen stains results in a less than satisfactory experience. I will now use the chemicals you won't to remove the stains left behind.
