Mario, the technician, was absolutely excellent! His work was impeccable, he was on time and could not have been more efficient.
my rug was not clean it still had random spots all over. The spray that was used was still on the rug.the is not worn it is only 4 year old and only one person live in the house. I don't know what you can do to make thing right.. The person doing the job seem to think that the spot can't be cleaned, but I disagree.

Great customer service, expert technicians. We have used Zerorez for years and have always been pleased with the result.
Did not show up as scheduled window time. My appointment was scheduled for 1-3pm. I didn’t get a text until 3:30pm stating the technician eta 35 more mins. Disappointed. I had to make arrangement to be there for the time allotted. This was also my first time with Zerorez.
Javier did a fantastic job getting the stains out of my carpet!!! He was friendly and professional! Will definitely request him next time . Thank you!

The spot removal worked well and the carpet dried quickly.

The main reason I would recommend Zerorez to other people is purely the Zerorez representative that came out to clean our carpets. Highest level of customer service we have experienced in a long time (and I have a high bar for customer service after spending years in that industry).
Jeremy Campbell was very professional, with a great attitude. He worked with me on the additional services and game me a clear expectation on completion time.
Great customer service
I have used your company for years, and have always been pleased with the staff and the results. This last visit was very frustrating for me and my family. I confirmed a 10am-noon appointment time not 8-10 am because I needed to get my daughter to school, furniture moved and carpets vacuumed. The technician came at 9 am. He stated he had an earlier job three houses down and asked if he could start early. I told him I was not ready and to come back at the scheduled time. 10am. He left then came back at 9:20 am and I was still not ready for him. I felt he was rushing the whole process to be done with it all. Your company asks its customers what two hr time frame would best accommodate their needs. This experience was extremely rushed and customer service needs to be addressed to your technician in my opinion.
I had a service done in my home yesterday of carpet cleaning 5 rooms and wanted to give you some feedback. I have used another carpet cleaning company for many years and after hearing you advertise on KRLD a lot and hearing positive reviews about your company, I decided to give you a try.
Wherever the technician vacuumed,the carpets came out very clean , however I was unimpressed with the job the technician did. I was told, and it’s written on your website, that light furniture will be moved. I really prepared for him and moved almost everything out of the way, but the few little things on the floor he just left where they were and vacuumed around them. There was a computer charger on the ground and a pair of shoes that he didn’t bother picking up so he can vacuum under them. He just conveniently went around those items and others as well . He also neglected to close the doors and vacuum behind them. I got this feeling that he just wanted to do the job as quickly as possible and move on to the next job. To me this is not the kind of job I would’ve expected from a company like Zero Rez.
I hope that you can teach your technicians what a perfect job looks like and I would also hope that you can make this right for me so I that I would want to use your services again in the future.

We're highly satisfied with the technician who cleaned our carpet. He also advised us that we could use Zerorez to clean our marble floors. He shows great knoledge and is a polite and careful worker.

I still see stains. Not one time was it ever indicated or said that all the stains could not or did not come out. I didn’t even look at the carpet until the day after treatment and my eyes were drawn straight to spots. For over $200 spent and with no indication that removal would be an issue, I am disappointed in this service. I had heard great reviews about y’all and this was a let down. The guys servicing were absolutely wonderful, but disappointed that I can see stains. I didn’t say anything at the time of cleaning (and I’m certainly not in the know about this), but I would have thought that the carpet would be cleaned to a point where dirty junk isn’t coming through the hose, but all the way to the end, I saw black/gray junk. To me, in my mind, carpet is clean when you no longer see that. At any rate, again, just had higher expectations and especially for the cost. The guys themselves were very kind and respectful.
