This was my first time using ZeroRez services. The technician came out around 9 am. He asked me if I had any concerns and I told him the previous owners had pets. He told me he would spray a pet solution. After about 30 minutes he told me that his equipment did not work, so he called for someone to bring new equipment. After one hour of waiting, he had to leave to pick up the equipment (I realize this was not his fault). When he came back after 45 minutes, he performed the 3 room plus master closet cleaning. There did not seem to be any issues that day. The next day we moved our things into the house. As I was unpacking one of the rooms, I noticed a horrible urine smell. I called your customer service line and was told there was no record of him using the pet solution and it would be an additional charge for someone to come out to assist with the smell. I decided after the 3+ hour ordeal the first time and lack of properly cleaning that I would not be using your services again. I also noticed that the paint my baseboards and some doors were chipped and damaged from the cleaning. I paid to have my entire house painted the week before the cleaning. I am very disappointed in my entire experience and would not recommend to anyone.

The initial work done was good but, the technician that did the work at my home accidently knocked the drain valve loose on my AC unit and did not put it back. Therefore, water from the AC drain line leaked down to the floor of the AC closet and proceeded to get under our Hardwood flooring all through the Hallway. The floor is destroyed from the water damage and needs to be replaced. When I told Zerorez about this problem, someone was sent to look at the issue. It was determined that Zerorez was responsible. Zerorez then sent a floor specialist to my home to see about replacement. Since then, no one has contacted me about fixing my floors. In the hallway, I cannot even open 2 of my closet doors because of the buckled wood flooring and my entire Hallway looks awful. I would expect someone to at least get with me on when we could expect replacement, but I've heard nothing from Zerorez. Very Disappointed. If nothing is done soon, I will have to take this up with my Attorney.

Our technician was Rolando Castillo. I have been a customer of Zerorez for over 12 years and Rolando was the best tech I've ever had from your company.
While paying attention to the details, he was very fast in his work. Rolando was helpful, friendly, and asked whether there were any areas of concern and if he could answer any questions I may have about the process.
I can't say enough about his service. I will make it a point to request Rolando for my next appointment. Kudos to Rolando!

Easily scheduled an appointment online, service providers showed up within the first 30 minutes of the 2 hour window, they were very professional, did what I asked/didn’t try to upgrade or sell more, job was above and beyond what expected (had stains I thought were permanent but were gone), finished the job reasonably fast, AND finished with clear instructions and easy payout. Highly recommend!
Don’t see a huge difference in my carpets.
The technician did not do a good job in cleaning my carpet. He did not bring all the equipment inside my home to clean the carpet. The technician arrived at 8:56a.m. and at 9:32a.m. he was finished and had emailed me the invoice. This thirty-six minutes time frame included bringing in the equipment, cleaning the carpet and taking the equipment back out. This included cleaning three rooms and a hallway. This was the worst cleaning I have had with Zerorez. I have used Zerorez for several years and I have never had this poor quality of work.
My carpet came out clean this time with the chemicals.The lady that did the work really did a good job and didn’t rush through it
