When you cleaned my floor tiles and they dried there was a sticky film around all the baseboards and under edge of cabinets as well as streaks on the tiles which I had to them scrub off all the tiles.

Also the hose from cleaning the carpets left streaks on the hard wood floors that I had to clean up.

I was able to easily schedule my appointment online and I received several confirmations. The technician arrived promptly and conducted himself professionally. He performed the carpet cleaning and was very informative about all of the details involved.

Carpet was cleaned Wednesday morning. We still have dampness and carpet smells. I thought a LOT of water was being POURED on the carpet. Tech was here for almost two hours. I am concerned with the amount of water on the carpet and carpet pad....mold is growing!!!!

Jeremy was our technician. He was great. Polite, friendly and worked hard. Job was done and done well. We had furniture cleaning and the pieces look like new.

Loved the technician and how clean the carpet is.

Well.. admittedly the guys showed up an hour after the window of time I was given for their arrival. It was EOD so I almost expected it- one job runs long, causes another job to run long, and by 5pm you’ve lost control of your schedule. Been there.

My couch was disgusting. Water marks, pet stains- you could smell it from the next room over.

Had heard about zerorez on the radio (105.3 fm), figured there was no way it was worth the money (I’m a skeptic at heart) but I also didn’t have “new couch” budget. The gentlemen were professional & accommodating- heck, I even liked them. Saw them tending to every nook & cranny of that god-forsaken couch, with careful attention on the areas I pointed out as being particularly rough.

Today my couch sings (as a matter of speaking). No discernible smell- a couple areas we couldn’t fully buff out, but altogether I feel like I can probably squeeze a few more years out of it. 100% worth it. All the best to the gentlemen who did the work- appreciate y’all.
