No surprise pricing
Sent a poor performing technician to do my carpet cleaning. When I made a complaint for repairs- the same technician showed up again. He defended his work and argued that we should have spent more money on buying a cleaning agent. We’ve already purchased protectant for this very carpet!?!?
He left a mess in my main living room- he made a small spot, a much larger spot and then left. I emailed the office twice about this and no one replied.

Excellent cleaning. From scheduling appointment to cleaning of carpet staff explained everything. Received e-mail and text messages concerning appointment.Even notified by technician even before my schedule time that he as running 20 minutes late.

My service tech, Jadon, was excellent. My only disappointment is being more upfront with the total cost. I bought into the $99 special. My final ticket with your $20 dispisal fee, tax abd gratuity was $135.00. $35% over the posted price. Simply say, “$99.00 plus $19.## disposal fee, tax and optional gratuity”. Honesty gets you return customers.
This is the second time using Zerorez and I was as impressed this time as I was the first. The technician Diamante Langston was wonderful and I highly recommend using them again!

The service is great
The person who did the service was GREAT. Absolutely great. He was very respectful and helpful. My rating has absolutely nothing to do with him. I would recommend for carpet cleaning but would not recommend for tile cleaning. My tile has spots (kind of like water spots) that I'm having to hand scrub and I'm not 100% sure I'll be able to get cleared (still a work in progress). I still had sticky spots on tile in my master bath more than 24 hours after cleaning (kind of gross). Spots were not noticed until after it dried so I wouldn't have known while he was here. Again, I want to stress that this has nothing to do with the person who did the service. I also was expecting my tile to look better than it did (readily agree that maybe my expectation was too high).
This has nothing to do with the technician that came and did the work. He was polite and respectful. He also explained to me well what he was doing and did a great job.
I paid almost $500 for a job that took only an hour and a half. I paid an extra $60 for pet protection that i was told on the phone would make my carpet smell fresh long term. After days of drying though, we walk into the house and you can smell the carpet and it doesn't smell good. It smells like dirty water was used without any kind of detergent. All the stains in our carpets and rug are still there and the carpet doesn't smell fresh and just smells dirty like an animal.
Again, nothing against the technician, i think he did exactly what he was supposed to.
I've rented carpet cleaners from Lowes for $35 for a day that cleaned my carpets better than what was done though and wouldn't ever use or recommend this service again.
They cleaned our patio furniture cushions and they look great.
The professional way the tech handled the carpet and made it look like new. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.
