Excellent service! Appreciated the employees making sure that my home was protected by using the protective covering on shoes and corner baseboard guards. Also, the end result was fabulous, my carpets are so much more brighter.

Albert was very professional. The carpet dried quickly and our home looks and smells great! He gave us options and we did not feel pushed to do more than what we were comfortable to do. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt he was trustworthy. Great personality too! You are fortunate to have him on your team. I plan to request Albert next time we clean our carpets. The services are great - my carpet looks sooooo much better each time. They come on time, get the job done timely and my carpets dry before the day is over!
The quality was good but was very expensive. Probably will not use again. It felt like the gentleman at our house kept trying to upsell us on everything and at the end of it, cost over $1500. He also indicated he would get a commission if we left a good review.

The two gentlemen that came to clean my carpet were wonderful. They explained everything clearly. I had some really bad spots; they offered to clean a small area before I gave them the go-ahead to clean. My carpets look great! I certainly recommend using Zerorez and will call them next time I have a need.

Unless I pointed out a stain, he didn't bother cleaning it. He tried to cancel twice (due to the weather earlier that day) even though it wasn't raining during his appointment time. My carpets don't look like they have been cleaned.
The guy was a real scammer and a liar. He said things that didn't even make sense. One being if I left a bad review it would affect his pay. He showed me all the pet urine stains with a black light and said I have to do the pet treatment to get the stains out. I was very annoyed considering it is $70 a room on top of a $58 standard treatment. So after I agreed to it and after the work was done, the pet stains were still there. When I complained he said that the treatment was for pet stain odor. I didn't have an odor problem and definitely wouldn't have agreed to the additional treatment to remove an odor that didn't exist. Also all odors go away even if it did bring out smells. I told him he lied and told me it would get the stains out and I told him I will not pay for the pet treatment but will pay for the rest. He said he had to call his boss and I said fine. He came back and said his boss said to call the police since I wouldn't pay. I told him to call his boss and let me talked to him. Bo was very rude on the phone and told me the cops would be called and I said to go ahead and call them. I didn't do anything wrong and that I will pay for the original treatment but not the scam of the pet treatment. I have never had such a terrible experience and been treated so disrespectfully.
