The results are awesome. No chemicals, good for the environment. All the rugs dried quickly. John explained everything he was going to do, how it works and what to do to about drying the carpets. I think the man did a great job, worked hard, protected the corners. Very nice and professional. I am not sure that zero Rez cleans as good as some of the other carpet products however, I like zero rez because there is less residue left in the carpet. So what I do is rotate dalworth with Zerorez.

Quick and efficient - great pricing options too

There was a lot of pressure to purchase the bio treatment because we have a dog. The technician kept telling me how there might be a dog smell after he cleans and that he isn’t responsible if that is the case. It was a lot of fear and pressure to get me to purchase this add on. He said it was the company that wants him to make sure I understood the possible outcome of if I didn’t purchase it. It was a long conversation about this even after I told him I understood.

I've already spoke to several people about this situation. The fact that I had told them to stop 30 minutes before they stopped. And they didn't do it only to charge me the full. Amount customer service was c*** I just kept getting the same answer. I didn't even get a real discount. Because of the inconvenience
I didn't get any rewards back or any kind of discounts for the future. All I got was sorry. They had already gotten started. We can't give you a refund. And the guy had literally just showed up. He was there waiting for me to sign. And pay for everything for 15 minutes. I literally called back 20 minutes later to stop it. And they told me that he was already finished. And that makes no sense when the it was a four bedroom home with two staircases, three walking closets and a regular closet.I'm very upset.I feel I was taking advantage of

It was good - and honestly, I've had hard surface floors for so long it has been a while since had carpets cleaned. There are a few spots that showed up in one of the rooms after it dried. But otherwise was an ok experience.
