One bedroom does not look any cleaner than what it was before.
I had great experience with your company when I had done it 4-5 years back. The first time around the carpet was very dirty still the person took great care and made it look great . This time I had new carpet but still felt regular spots remain. I unfortunately was very disappointed this time. I believe in your process and technology but somewhere it felt short of my expectations and felt rushed .
The pretreatment made a big difference. Loved the citrus.

The employee who worked on my carpet and furniture was the best I have ever seen. I am 71 and have used many carpet cleaners over the years, but none were as good as the employee assigned to my house this time. Polite, professional, and a very hard worker!

stains and dirt was not removed on the carpet that I was able to use a white cloth and water to remove. the carpet looked well vacuumed and maybe the dirt and partials from down inside the nap were removed but not and of the stains.
grout was not clean in all areas and was told it was the grout stain. when i got down on my hands and knees i was able to, again, take a white cloth with water and wipe dirt from the grout. some grout was dislodged from between the tiles in a couple of places
tile was left a a dull residue that I had to get on my hands and knees with a white cloth and water to wipe away. it took 3 rounds of this and i still feel there is a residue on the tile. I just have not had time to mop the floor myself since the service tech was here.
on a high note, scheduling the cleaning did make us clean up the clutter and purge in the rooms serviced
The carpets look great. Keith was especially good to work with.
