We always enjoy our zerorez experience, with a house full of senior dogs it is nice to have the carpets cleaned with such care.
My appointment was from between 10:00-1:00. He didn’t show up until 3:30.
Prompt and friendly service.
Alexander was excelent and gave us a wonder experience with Zerorez. He was very professional, polite, friendly! Our braided rugs look great and thankful we choose your company. Zion came back with Alex, he also was polite and willing to learn.
Grear system for cleaning carpets and rugs without chemicals
The service was great because the technician was knowledgeable and offered information to make me comfortable through out the whole process.
The service was outstanding. The young man arrived on time, and did an amazing jobs. He gave some helpful advice on the continued car for my rugs. I would definitely recommend Bert Pruitt.

Great service. The young man who was the service tech and did the cleaning was professional, helped me understand the process, and provided additional services that could get hard to clean spots cleaned. Very polite young man, will highly recommend your company! Carpet looks fantastic!
I hired zerorez to do my duct cleaning , I have used them in te past for carpet cleaning and was very satisfied with the results. This time unfortunately turned out very poorly. My house had been remedied for mold and this was the last step to make it clear of the mold and mycotoxins that have severely impacted my healthThe ducts were to be cleaned using a machine where the air is directed to the outside of the home, unfortunately the technician brought in a large machine and instead of the air being sucked outside it was blown into the air in the home potentially contaminating the entire house. After living in my home for 4 days after the cleaning and feeling worse and worse each day , found out that the technician cleaned the vents in properly as my brother in law was there for the cleaning.He stated he had to leave the home as it became hard to breath with the contents of the vents were blown into the air. I have moved out of my home until our mold inspection expect tells us what it will require to be able to move back into our home.The negligence of the technician has created a major catastrophe in our life.
House smell nice and clean after the service was performed

The carpet appears not to have been cleaned thoroughly. Based on its current condition it seems a basic rental cleaner could have produced better results.
Your crew never showed up to provide cleaning service. I paid overtime for one of my employees to wait and there was never a call, and no one ever showed up. They also never followed up the next day to tell us what happened. I would not recommend your services to anyone.

The young man knew what he was doing and got the job done, he was very polite and courteous
The techs are always very courteous and knowledgeable. The products are great and I really like how they don't leave residue and sanitize my floors. I was not pleased and very disappointed at the price of cleaning the area rug. I will not be asking for that service again unless the price changes.
Hang around a few minutes to make sure the spots don't come back like they did on my carpet.

2 days after being treated for pet odor and cleaned the carpet smelled so bad we made the decision to rip the carpet out and replace it.
For the most part your technicians are very good at their job and do a very good job and are very polite and helpful. I wouldn’t know who else to trust my carpet to.
