Quality job and technicians. Very knowledgeable and fast drying carpets once it’s all finished.
Great job. Very professional. We are always pleased and our carpets look amazing!
I had used zeroes couple of this time, I was nickel and dime this time. Did you change the way you pay the carpet cleaners? Do they get a percent of want the nickel and dime out of you.
It’s convenient - I don’t like how everything went to per gallon!
Tile looks like new, service person was terrific
I ask your cleaning agent I would like to clean some small closets.
He said not a problem but submitted an additional charge for $80 dollars more.
He should have been up front of the cost. It felt like scam on the back side.
Were done in the future.
The service tech was friendly, timely, accommodating and prompt to perform the service thoroughly and without much disruption. Not upselling or add-ons, just reiterated what I wanted and the condition of the flooring and expectation and everything was clear.
Yes, I would recommend Zerorez to a friend or colleague.
Good service and no detergent.
Very happy with the results. Technician was very professional and explained the whole process.
The product is really good, I would recommend to others, the service was 100% .
The technician, Diamond, went above and beyond cleaning my carpet. He was on his knees treating a couple of stubborn stains. My carpet is old, but when he finished, it looked almost new.
On time, timely, knowledgeable. Took the time to explain the process and provided options and recommendations.
Carpet cleaning
Technicians have always been friendly and very professional!!
Zerorez is a first class operation. The team is committed to customer satisfaction and, in my experience, they go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. The technicians are kind, professional and helpful (and patient). Rafael Hernandez, in particular, went out of his way to help me with a difficult clean in the home of my aging parents. He probably did more than he should have, but explained that this is his philosophy--he truly believes that helping others is his calling. I am a customer for life! Thank you!
Everything
Friendly service. Great communication and easy to work with.
I liked the technician that was sent to my house, very cordial and professional. Explained everything and smiled.
Employees were very professional. The technician was a very nice person and explained his plan and did a thorough cleaning.
Joseph was awesome! He is the only one from Zerorez as well as other cleaning companies and our HVAC company that we have used over the years that was able to get off the panel to the evaporator coil. Everyone else said it was soldered on. Our plumber said it was not and Joseph confirmed that. Unfortunately, because the evaporator coil had been neglected for over a decade, it now has to be replaced. But so thankful that Joseph was able to get it opened up so that we could see why we were having so much dust in the house. The evaporator coil was totally clogged and getting rusty.
Quality service from friendly technicians.
Price, service provided, technician
Great communication of arrival time and explanation of the process from the worker.
Quality of work.
We are pleasantly surprised by the fresh scent after the cleaning. The rep David was on time and professional in his service. The carpets are very clean with a revived carpet padding. We certainly recommend your service to others.
I like how the process works not chemicals, etc. We have used your service several times and each technical goes over in detail what he is going to do and makes sure we are pleased with the results.
Every time I have Zerorez come out they do not disappoint! Team is fast, efficient and courteous. They are incredibly respectful of the property and take extra steps to ensure they don't accidently bump, scratch, or damage anything in the home. Cleaning results on the carpet are top notch and typically looks better than I even thought it could! Zerorez is my go-to for carpet cleaning and I wouldn't even consider anyone else!
