Gets the product very clean
The technician was friendly, polite, and arrived on time. It was easy to book an appointment. Most importantly, the carpets look great.
Their standard 3-room-for-$99 was all I wanted or needed to clean up some dirty spots in three heavy-traffic areas prior to holiday company coming over. The Zerorez technician immediately launched into his (mandatory??) UPSELL spiel, trying to convince me that if I paid $45 per spot for a Special-technique spot cleaning, he'd perform the basic service for free. As he was counting the potential Special treatment areas and passed through "6", I asked him to stop and just perform the basic service I asked. He was well on his way to a $1000-$1500 Upsell. The technician performed his cleaning, I paid via credit card, and he left. Technician was pleasant and polite. The next morning, after the carpets completely dried, I was aghast to see that there were SIGNIFICANT chocolate-brown areas all across the 3 areas that the technician worked. I have been a Zerorez customer for over 15 years, and had a similar experience in the past. At that time, the Supervisor who came out and re-cleaned my carpets remarked that the brown spots were due to the original technician's failure to properly suck out a sufficient quantity of water from the carper: that is, excess water remaining behind in the carpet/pad results in these brown stains surfacing. So this time, I called Zerorez immediately and spoke to a Customer Service representative. She was unable to help me, and asked that I email her several photos of the brown areas. I did so. I asked to speak to a Supervisor, but she was either unwilling or unable to make that happen. Still have heard nothing. I WON"T be using Zerorez ever again; I will use one of their competitors. This stuff isn't Rocket Science, and their failure to respond in any significant fashion to my complaints indicates their complete lack of respect or appreciation for their customers. Family is coming for the Holidays, and my carpets look like sh*t.

Cleaning method
Your rep Caesar is a credit to the firm. He dos the job, does it well all with a friendly attitude.
Appointment times should be less flexible.
I called for the 3 room + 1 special at $99, then added my kitchen tile, which with the island is not close to 20x20, so should have been 1 room (and I would be fine paying for 2). I was charged $481; even with the extra tile, that is more than double what I expected.

Long time customer, who knows Zerorez for their quality product, prompt service, excellent technicians. Shout out to John on this visit!

Technician was great. I did not like that I had to pay a significant bunch of fees above the quoted price.
I feel like paying so much to clean our rug was a waste. It does not look any different and still smells despite the added treatment.
Also, I would have appreciated being told that you were out of furniture risers. I wanted my carpets cleaned under my children's beds and would have made preparations if I had known you would not be able to do so.

Your employee used a black light and insisted that I had urine stains. However, there was no urine odor at all when he cleaned the carpet, and he had no explanation as to why there was no urine odor when he cleaned. He said that he would note in my history that I declined to pay to deodorize these stains.
