Diamond did a great job cleaning my carpets today. I got a courtesy call about 30 minutes before he arrived. He looked over the area and got right to work. He recommended some options for my pet vomit stains and other spots. He kept me informed as he worked on each room. He was very professional and was also able to clean one extra room that I hadn't counted when I set up the appointment. Great job, Diamond! Thanks Zerorez!

Can not say enough about the technician that came out. What a great guy. Also you products clean well especially pet stains and the carpets dry very quickly. The employee who cleaned our tile and carpet was efficient, professional and went above and beyond his duty. He helped move some heavy furniture that was not with in his job description duties. I greatly appreciated this extra effort.
