The pricing I was quoted was WAY off. I am not disputing the chemicals needed to clean up the carpet for my older dog who is now having potty issues...but one couch (seat cushions only), one small carpet area and a room rug was over $1,100. Especially since I sent multiple pictures to verify the cost quote.

When you run specials, tell the customer up front about room sizes and additional cost.

I was told it would take 4-6 hours to dry and it took over 24 hrs. I don’t know if they usually suck up more water or if he just said his numbers wrong. There was a corner of my carpet that was completely missed which sucked because it was a spot where a pet has urinated. I spent over $400 extra to get a large urinated area cleaned so it was such a bummer to have another area not even get the generic surface pass. Now that the carpet is dry it has a bit of a stale smell which I’m guessing is due to it taking so long yo dry.

Y’all are prompt and very efficient. I also want to give a special shout out to Mario. He was awesome! He did a wonderful job and he was so personable. It made for a nice experience.

Prices for add-on’s are very expensive. Pet treatment was close to $400. Not going to make that mistake again. Technician was excellent!

Prompt ness.

When I hire a contractor, I want to know the price upfront and have it be set. I'm not comfortable having the technician recommend additional services. Right or wrong, I feel like it's upselling, and I'm stuck because he is already onsite. For the pet treatment, it only took a few minutes for the first gallon, so charging another $75 for 2 more gallons didn't seem reasonable for the amount of time spent. I let the office know I was disappointed and although we had used yall exclusively for years, yall had lost us as a customer. We had another company come spot treat it a second time, and will use them going forward. My recommendation would be to revamp your pricing model to offer a guaranteed option that's a fixed price for customers similar to me.
