Luis, the young man who came to clean my carpets, was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the products. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family. I am very pleased with the look of my carpets.

Your technician spent only 30 minutes to clean the carpeting, then tracked grass down the hallway after going back to his truck to get the rake. Lastly, he dumped some sort of carpet waste in the grass along the parkway. So much for charging me $19.00 to properly dispose of it, right? I had needed to find a new service for my rentals, as my wonderful guy just retired from the business. Now I shall keep on looking. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this company to anyone! It was very expensive for the small amount of effort.

The technician was good at his job. He gave me the explanations I needed. And went he left the carpets were clean.

I used Zeroez couple times in the past for my home but I am disappointed with the service this time at the rental house. I am not impressed with the cleaning this time. We have 5 rooms, 1 hall and a 20 steps stairs. And the cleaning guy took only about 70 minutes to finish them all. The rooms look ok but the hall and carpet does not look clean at all. Unfortunately I was far away and I asked my sister to handle this appointment. She never had carpet cleaning before so she did not know what to expect. If I was there, I could ask to redo the hall and the stairs. It looks like they barely went over the carpet in these 2 areas. And the carpets were soaking wet after cleaning. I was very pleased with Zeroez cleaning for my house a lot before. When I had service at my house for about the same amount of rooms, other guys took over 2 hours to do the job and you could tell they were very thorough and took time to go over any areas that have heavy traffic or stain until it was clean. Not sure if because of different city and company sent different technician or what, the quality of the work is not great at all. I don't know if I will use Zeroez again in the future.

We had HVAC duct cleaning done last week. The technician was not only professional but incredibly thorough. When he was finished in the attic after several hours he came down and vaccumed up any debris that fell from the vents. Much appreciated.

The technician suggested using an upgrade which cost more, but it was well worth the upgrade. My carpets had red wine and coffee and dog stains. They were a mess. 95% of the stains were removed.
