I was given a quote of $450 over the phone and had compared this with another company I had used in the past that had quoted me $500. I decided to go with y'all as a friend had recommended you to me, and the quote was slightly less expensive. When the technician arrived, he added several fees that I was not aware of that ultimately made the final total $650! $200 more than what I was quoted. And there were no stains that needed addressing! I've had my carpets cleaned numerous times with another company and I have never had that amount of fees added to a quote. I was very disappointed.

I had to go back after the cleaning was done to clean stains in the carpet.

We just moved into the space and no furniture was in either bedroom, the hallway, nor near/on the stairs. There were stains on the carpet from dust/debris that the previous owners didn’t clean and I was hopeful zerorez would have been able to clean it better than us. There were doors in the main hallway that needed to have dust lines vacuumed over as well as closet floors.

Partial payment of services refunded would be appreciated. I’ve had to vacuum and carpet wash multiple times to try removing dust stains in corners, along stairs edges, and under doors.

I used zerorez for our air duct cleaning as well - that service was much better than the carpet cleaning. I’d recommend other to rent a vac from Home Depot clean their own carpets before I recommend zerorez for the task.

The technician was great! He really did a great job cleaning our carpet and tiles. He pointed out trouble areas and was very careful not damaging any of the furniture...fantastic job!

Got us on the schedule fast & got the grease out of our carpet. Thank goodness cause we’re in a rental house. Only thing negative was the estimate I was quoted was low by about $80.00.

Professionalism

My technician was awesome, a 10 here.
I do still have a pet odor in one room. Although much better than it was. And I wonder if one of the urine stains from the dog just rises up after the clean. No dogs are allowed now in the carpeted areas, we keep the doors shut.
It needs service.

I would expect the agent to spend some more time instead of rushing to finish up the job. He hardly spent 5 minutes to clean the stairs and that is the most expensive bill out of all as they are charged as 2 rooms.

gentlemen and both explain their procedures and their work was fast and efficient.
