What could we do to improve?

Present a paper bill so the client can see the breakdown of charges before being charged.

Take care of spots on the rugs or at least explain to the client why a spot could not be removed.

Ask the client to do a walk through with you before requesting money.

Your representatives were very nice and anxious to do a good job. I guess we did not communicate well what was expected and what would be delivered.

What do you like about our products and services?

Love the way my carpets smell and feel after cleaning. Also love the air filters that we purchased a couple of years ago. The technicians are always so professional.

From the moment I called and talked to Montana(I think that was her name) to schedule an appt. to the day Seth and Mitchell came in our door I was pleased. They explained what they were going to do and did a very good job. The carpet didn't dry as fast as I had hoped, but I think that's due to the time of year and the temps outside.

What could we do to improve?

We loved how the carpets turned out....soft and very clean with no smelly chemicals.....However, we were not pleased with the high-pressure "up-sell" tactics to get us to get extra treatments. Our $187 estimate ended up being $360.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Outragous prices! Clean one carpeted room and 1 9x12 and 1 6x9 area rug, plus the bottom cushion of 2 couches, $600 plus dollars? When I said no thanks just do the bedroom rug that was quoted as $50.00 on the phone the price came down to $217.00 for the bedroom rug and 2 area rugs. $400.00 to clean a couch? Got an estimate of $900+to clean my wood floors.

I like the product. I did not care for the service. My carpets were soaked this time. There was no logo on his truck. That in my book is a really big thing. He mentioned that he had only been doing the job for 5 months. I was really disappointed in the service. I do love the product though.

Your telephone customer service is the pits....untactful, blunt, dictatorial. Service is what you have to sell and your front desk just about caused this customer to cancel.

What could we do to improve?

I loved how on time you were and I love the quality of your products. I wanted to get the 4 rooms for $99 and I felt like the technician just kept coming up with more and more things that "needed" to be done to our carpets until it was going to be over double what we were planning on spending. He was a little pushy and made me feel like it just wasn't going to look good if we didn't get this extra treatment. I had to keep declining the services and we were very happy with just the regular 4 rooms for $99. Don't be so pushy!

When technician was finished, it looked like he had merely vacuumed it. The dirt was still there. Carpet was not one bit cleaner. When I called to advise Zerorez about this, I could not speak to anyone and had to leave a message. the next day no one called me back so I had to call again. It was the middle of the day and still no one on the customer care line could answer the phone. When I called the new appointment line the phone was answered right away. The operator did make an appointment for me, to have the carpets re-cleaned, but it was a week away That's a long time to leave my furniture out of position in 3 rooms oft home. Also, your guys charge me 60 bucks for a pet treatment and the room still smells like dog pee. What a rip off!

Phillip did an outstanding job! He has superb customer service skills and could teach other techs how it's done. This time was as good as the first time we used Zero Res and 100% improvement over the last time.

What could we do to improve?

When I called I told Zerorez that I had 4 rooms, 1 livingroom, 2 halls and stairs. They did not tell me that it was extra, $5.00 per step and $25.00 for the landing, on the phone. I ended up only doing three rooms. They need to tell customers on the phone that stairs cost extra and not part of the 4 room special. We also did not get our gift card that was part of the radio add.

The whole experience was not exactly what I envisioned. The tech came in trying to be a used car salesman having me the customer down on the floor smellin my carpet. The carpet stayed wet for about 7 hours, smelled like normal wet carpet. I expected fresh rejuvenated carpet like the advertisement said. Now the carpet did come clean, but there is residue left on the carpet indicated by the slippery soapy moisture left on our shoes. The tech was a nice enough guy but like I said he seemed to be acting like he was selling me something I already ordered, and definently would not want him back as a technician.

The two men did an outstanding job on cleaning my carpet. I'm very pleased and happy with the carpet cleaning. They were at my house right on time as they said they would be over at my house. Thank you!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My carpet looks worse now that they "cleaned" it than before!!! The room they cleaned has only been used twice since it was cleaned last year. We had a couple of places in the room that we thought had a spot in them. Now all around the edges the carpet in a dirty grey color. When they were cleaning it around the edges, the water the got on the tile I wiped up and in was nearly black. I wondered if the were recycle the water from a cleaning prior to my home??? We used Zerorez last year when our dog ate a red and pink bag of M&M's and then threw up all of our carpet. Zerorez was able to get out the red dye and the carpet looked beautiful. I had them clean a hallway upstairs this time and stains are left there also. The technician said it is pet urine.. I told him I didn't think so, he said it is, I smelled it. My husband said ZEROREZ advertises you can remove that, so regardless of whether we agreed or not. It should have been able to be cleaned. I also had a 4-6:30 window and they called at 1:30 and said could they come on out, due to cancellations they had. I told them I just got home, but I would hurry so they could come. I feel like they did a very poor job and I am very disappointed. My husband is very unhappy with the results also. He asked why I went ahead and paid them and I told him they said it would look better when it dried. I questioned the spots that didn't look clean and was told it was shadows!

After the guys left, and removed the large water tubes, I could see streaks in the main hallway. Maybe walk the job before leaving to see if there is any streaking.

What do you like about our products and services?

The job well done by the tech to make sure he got every spot clean on the carpet if possible. The hot steam does and excellent job.
