I had a situation where I had left my 14-year-old dog, Jack, in the care of a dog sitter in my home while I was away. In my absence, Jack developed what the vet later explained as a horrific case of colitis. The master bedroom was my dog's "retreat",let's say, which went unattended by the sitter for three weeks! Upon my return, I was too mortified, embarrassed, and overwhelmed to call Zerorez, a typical case of "I must clean up before the maid comes"! I used various grocery store cleaners, but nothing was able to disintegrate the solids stuck to the carpet fibers, much less remove the deeply embedded waste from Jack's illness. Long story short, Zerorez restored the room completely. One could never tell by sight or smell about this harrowing incident. Every time I walk in that room I never forget to silently again thank the young man - that friendly, knowledgeable Zerorez professional who gave me back my home, my sanity, and my sense of well being. How do you put a price on that?

Cleaning was effective, very little odor, pleasant service technicians. Better than any other company. Sadly, it was very expensive but the results were good.

Technician was business-like and polite. My carpets look much better (even the cat's spots) but took awhile to dry.
I would prefer to have a marked truck in my driveway; I know that doesn't guarantee security, but it makes me feel a bit better about the person ringing my doorbell. Also, I know that computer record-keeping is the thing now, but I did feel a bit hesitant handing over my personal check for almost $500--not receiving any detailed receipt--and watching it go off with the man in the unmarked truck. My email receipt did come in later. Also, I haven't received my promised $100 Fuller's Jewelry coupon!

What do you like about our products and services?

The carpets look great and I don't have to worry about my dogs getting sick from the chemicals. Also the technicians are frendly and professional.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

To make things easier for your technician I moved most things from the rooms to be cleaned. The only thing that was not moved was the small dining room table (but it was moved to the corner of the room so that it would only need to be moved once to clean that area vs moving it out of the way and then back).

Even though the your commercials state that spots will not re-appear one of the first things the technician said was that Zerorez does not guarantee that spots will not reappear. I asked about the "empowered water but the technician could not give a satisfactory explanation of what that meant. When he stated he was finished I asked about having something put under the dining room table legs. The technician stated that it was not necessary because he did not clean under them (keep in mind that he had already loaded all of his equipment back in his truck). He did offer to bring his equipment back in but at this point I just wanted him out of my house.

He left puddles, albeit small ones but puddles nenetheless, on my laminate floor in my foyer (I had to towel it dry).

The work was done hurriedly and haphazardly and I had to have you back for a complete re-do.
Also, the technicians left water dribbles on my hardwood floors.

What do you like about our products and services?

I am very satisfied with the work that was done. The carpet looks great and it's 20 years old Berber.
The service tech that came out , Rick was very respectful and knew his business.
I would personally ask for Rick to come again when we need additional services.
We will continue to use Zerorez.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had one small bedroom (new carpeting less than 6 months old) and 2 rugs cleaned. The carpet in the bedroom is fine, but it wasted my money to have the rugs treated as they still smell -- terribly. I would have preferred being told they were ruined as opposed to paying $226.00 to have them cleaned and still can't use them.

the first time I used zerorez I was amazed, this time not so much. I payed extra to have one room spot treated. When the carpets started to dry, I could see one spot coming back. I took my own steamer to the carpet and got it out. the floor dryed and it was my work that did it. In another room there was a spot still about the size of a dime. After the tech left, I took my steamer into that room and when I got down to see if I could get more of it out, I discovered it was a little spot of mud. It came out pretty easy and I can't figure out why I had to do it myself. I spent $180 dollars and probably won't again. I'll go back to using my own steamer and save my money. Very disapointing results this time. One pass over the floors was all I got, not worth the money.

Have already recommended your services. Staff is very professional and polite - like the
15 to 30 minute notice they give and do a good sales job on your other services. House
smells great, especially when you have pets around with all their dander.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I used Zerorez because of the good reports I had heard. I was disappointed in several areas. The purpose of your visit was to clean the tile in my kitchen and two bathrooms. The tile and grout look pretty good, although there are a few places (in corners, etc.) that were not cleaned. The biggest issue is the blotchy film that was left after the tile dried. The next day, I mopped the tile to try to remove the film, and it looks better, but there is still evidence of the film. I have mopped twice with a steam mop, but the floor still appears to have smears on it. I was also disappointed in how the technician walked across my wood floors and carpet with wet boots. I would have thought that he would have used some type of protection. Overall, I'm sorry to say that I didn't get the service that I had hoped for and paid for.

Unfortunately Zerorez didn't live up to the high marks Jody Dean gives during his radio commercials. I had been hearing about Zerorez for over a year now and I finally decided to give them a try because I needed my carpets clean for my 25th wedding anniversary dinner. The carpet looked clean when they were wet but after it dried up, some spots were still visible and some areas still looked dingy. I had the carpet cleaned only one week ago and the carpet is beginning to show some of the old spots. Zerorez didn't stand above the rest of the carpet cleaning services out there, therefore, I don't plan to recommend their services because, in my opinion, the results are not above average. The technician was very friendly and professional, no complains about him or his customer service.

I was not happy that my carpets stayed so soggy for 2 days! Have never had that happen with a cleaning before. Even with ceiling fans running and a box fan blowing, it took 48 hrs. to dry out and some areas were still damp even then. I worry about mildew forming after that length of time.

I had my grout in the kitchen cleaned and there were still several areas that were dark and I could clean them with a brush; just felt like it was not their best job.
