What could we do to improve?

i can't believe he was no longer than 30 min, from start to finish, for 4 room's
an my carpet does'nt look signifitly differnt,we we told him that we didn't want
to up grade to more expensive cleaning tech! i could of rented a shamporer an had
the same results, for half the cost, he seemed like he was done in no time,
i can't see what all the exsightment about zerorez,definitly not impressed,i feel
like i wasted my money!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The man was very nice, but he left an end-table on top of a big chair in my bedroom and it was too heavy for me to lift, so I must wait until some one comes to my house to put it back, since I live alone.

I was happy with the way my carpet looked and felt. Clean and fresh. Also, very happy with Joe the technician. He was informative and capable.

Technician was personable, and offered something above my expectations.
The carpets were not stiff after they dried. My granddaughter walks all over them and I feel lucky to have learned about the chemical-free Zerorez option.
I ordered a bottle of concentrated spot remover for $49, included with the credit card payment. I never received it. Can I have it now?

I love how my carpet looks brand new again! I was thoroughly impressed with how clean our carpets were. We will never use any other company ever again! A little more expensive, but definitely worth every dollar!

very prompt and accomodating of my schedule. Product is outstanding and has minimal impact on my life-style. Drying time of 1-2 hours is far less than I expected.

Your company advertises getting rugs TOTALLY clean. But my area rug was just steam cleaned and most spots did not come out - so you're just like everybody else.

very pleased with carpet cleaning. the traffic areas are
gone.....looks like new. However cleaning the tile
floors was a disaster. Sealer sticky, tacky
and would not dry. Could not walk on it without tracking.
Took three attempts to clean up mess after refusing third attempt with sealer as guest were arriving and needed access to kitchen. I understand accidents do happen but grout cleaner got split on front porch and etched the concrete. No contact from Zerorez regarding that problem.
Our technician was very polite and tried his best to satisfy....would ask for him
again if and when I have carpets clean.

The cleaning techs were very courteous and explained the cleaning process. It's been two days since they cleaned and I am disappointed in that the pet stains that I paid extra to have pre- treated are still quite visible and seem to have more of an odor than prior to cleaning. I was expecting more after all the testimonials I'd heard regarding these type stains.

I am very hard to please, but this was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had...my carpet it like new. SO HAPPY!

I liked the clean smell of the carpet after the cleaning, and it really got the dirt out from what the dogs tracked in from outside... however I did not like that it took over 24 hours to dry, and I had fans running the whole time.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After hearing about your company on the radio and reading all of the reviews I was actually excited that I had a small overflow and had the excuse to get the cleaning I had wanted for awhile.  I was told that I could get the $89/ 3 room special and there may be a slight fee to treat the area of overflow.  I could never get anyone to confirm what that fee could be, but went ahead and set up the appointment.  First, I was told there would be a fee to treat that area, then that you couldn't, then you'd have to rip it up, then it depended on the tech.  The techs went to my old address, first, but then made it to my home after I gave them the correct address.  Not sure how they got an address in which I hadn't lived in over a year, maybe based on an old service inquiry?  No one confirmed my address with me over the phone.  The two guys black lighted the areas to look for pet stains.  My dining room was bad and I told them that all I wanted was it to look clean because I am getting new flooring soon.  He said he'd "hook me up" and his quote was for $310!!!  That is triple what I was quoted and it was evident that there was commission involved with the way he pushed it.  Since I declined, there is still a blue spot on my carpet, traffic lanes, and my bathroom edges are still not clean where the carpet hits the tile.  The bathroom is still soaked and smells worse than ever, so I am not sure what I paid an extra $30 for.  My front door was left completely open, not just enough for the hoses, and allowed in a bunch of flies, and my AC was on.  I was in the backyard with my children to keep them out of the way.  It looks like I shampooed the carpets myself.  I had high hopes since you did come out the same day of the overflow, and were offering the $89 special, and all of the awesome reviews that I read about on the web and heard on the commercials.  There are still dirt spots and my coffee table wasn't moved.  I am glad that I had moved some of the furniture because no one said a word about that not being included in the service. What's funny is that my dining room is the best looking (and smelling) of the three rooms serviced.  And aside from one stain picked up by the black light in the living room, the dining room is the only one with pet stains.  I waited until it was dry and it looks worse than before, except for the dining room.  That one is fabulous!  I am hoping this was just a fluke because I was the last customer of the day and the techs were sent to the wrong home, first.  I hope that this is just a mistake that you can fix and not a regular occurrence for your company.  I was looking forward to sharing a positive experience on my service blog and with the neighborhood mommy's group.  We are always looking for a good company, with reasonable prices, and the least amount of chemicals.

On time. Carpets looked great. I have a sunken living room & Cris even cleaned the step down. Most company's charge extra for this, I was pleased.
