Whatever you use sure makes the carpet look new again. Plus our house had a nice smell afterwards.

What could we do to improve?

Workers were prompt, called in advance, were polite and professional. The cleaning was done well.
I am not sure how valuable the stain resistant spray will be, as there is no warranty on it and it cost a lot, so I am unsure if I got "taken" on this.

Dries very quickley, smells clean and fresh. Technician was very courteous and helpful. Service is what makes the difference and I received very good service.

They work as advertised! We had dirty carpet with a few areas with pet stains and the carpets in entire house are clean and fresh.

Jeff was a great technician. He took care to do it right. He got out stains out that were not removed by a previous carpet company. No heavy residue feeling after it dried, either.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The water stains on my sofa did not come out at all (they were apparent immediately after the crew left.). Sofas still smell. I felt like I was quoted one price over the phone, then once they arrive, it was "more to do this" and "more to do that" do adequately clean the sofas. I paid a fortune and my furniture looks the same. Quite honestly, I haven't had the time and energy to call and say anything. The crew was friendly enough, but I'm sorely dissapointed.

I felt like it was a bait and switch presentation. There was no benefit to the sale price it was all about $33 dollars a room. Then this guy claims our entry way AND the hall way were two different rooms. The hall alone was $55 which is outrageous.. This was the most expensive area in the house and probably the smallest. To make things right you can give back the $50 plus the 8% in tax. I felt at a disadvantage and didn't want the guy to harm the carpet or I would have never paid the guy.I wasn't home and just spoke to the guy but he was unprofessional, confrontational and did nothing to work with me the customer.(My wife was home and tried to negotiate with him, but he just used fast-talk and responded as if he were making a good deal. He also made her feel very rushed.) We've had our carpets cleaned several times by other companies and never, never had this type of experience. We chose your company this time because we listen to Jodie Dean in the morning. We also did not receive the $100.00 Fuller jewelry store gift certificate that was promised.

What could we do to improve?

I'm not so sure I received the best price for pet stain removal or sofa cleaning and would appreciate speaking with a manager please.
I also requested the clear bubble that connects to the hose in order to see the dirt removal and knowing when the carpet is fully clean and the guys knew nothing about it and didn't have one. I was assured upon making the appointment that the technician would have one in his truck.

What could we do to improve?

Put booties on. I had prints on my wood floor from walking outside. There was a slightrain outside when they came. Not sure I was given the right advice for getting the smell out of carpet if my cat is bad again? 30% hydrgen peroxide streight on carpet? Not going to try that. Cleaned out dining room to start and he went to the other side of room where I didnt get everything out I wanted. Price was very high, but was scared not to take the advice given. Carpet does look nice and has a nice smell. I wasnt smelling anything in the begining, and friends have told me they never smelled anything in my house. So the 89.00$ +travel expense turned out to be over 400. That hurt.

Your pricing is outrageous....after two days it still looks good but time will be the test. $99 gets you in but when the total becomes over 1000 something is wrong with this picture.

I am still waiting for the email estimate I was promised by both the rep and the customer service manager. Having said that, I think the cost that I was verbally quoted was inflated and grossly over the top. I may use you because you were recommended, not because your sales people or pricing is the best.

Only one person came and he did not move furniture such as living room chairs amd coffee table and he did not clean one corner of the living room. I had had such good service previously that I did not watch the person work. In the past, two large men came and were super at moving all furniture-except really big pieces. This last time, my entire job-5 areas-was cleaned in 30 min-very fast.

Areas of the carpet took 5 days to dry. Paid extra for the Xtrator process that made the stains worse rather than better...not sure the technician took enough time pulling the extra fluid out of the carpet. Other stains also reappeared when carpet dried.

On time, fast, efficient, and and have a wonderful process with final look and feel as a new carpet. All technicians have been great, however, the last was the BEST ever. Many thanks, Zerorez, for great human resourses work.

Be careful in the location of the truck in relations to the yard. After having the truck run for several hours and its exhaust blowing on my grass, I now have aa area that is now brown due to the hot exhaust.

Quote the final price up front, rather than say it is so much, then when a person calls tell them there is also tax and a trip charge. The carpet looks good.
