you can refund part of my money. They overcharged for the tile cleaning. They left residue and footprints all over the kitchen. They dented two doors on the kitchen cabinets. They did not clean the carpet very well. Too big of a hurry.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

3 rooms (one oversized) and it took him less than 30 min. We have two animals so I know it wasn't because our carpets were already clean. He also didn't offer to help move ANY furniture, not even a coffee table or floor lamp. He just cleaned around anything that wasn't moved. We used you once before and had good service. But this time... Not so much. We have very busy lives and don't have time for people to keep coming to our house. Just promise you will truly and ALL your employees will uphold your standard of customer service moving forward.

I listen to Jody Dean and the morning Team and Jody Dean is always bragging on everything Zerorez can get out of the carpet...oil stains, paint, wax, pet stains,etc. I had some wax on my carpet from Scentsy wax fragrances and the tech could not get it out. That disappointed me. Other than that OK.

90% of our stains did not return compared to most stains returning using other carpet cleaning companies .

Love the way my carpet feels under my feet!!! Zerorez worked with my existing budget to get the carpet clean and odor free.I appreciate the fact that what I wanted done mattered more then the bottom line. That is a WIN-WIN!!!

I was vert satisfied with carpet cleaning, but cleaning results of ceramic tile wasn't much of a difference in the master bath.

Love the how truly clean the carpets are, they look fantastic and the house doesn't have a chemical smell. They stay clean......for months!! The best carpet cleaning company ever!!

I was happy and pleased with the final results of how things turned out. However, I wish to inform you that when I had called not once was square feet restrictions of a room were discussed. Extra charges for pet treatment were not discussed too. When the employee showed up he was polite but pointed out that there would be extra charges as "the rooms were big". Your advertisement nor your customer service rep, even once mentioned the "hidden extra charges". That was misleading and finally I just ended up with a steam cleaned carpet. I could have done that myself by renting a steamer and would have saved on the cost.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We spent close to a $1000.00 for cleaning carpet, duct cleaning, and 2 lifetime filter. Here are my issues:
1. Carpet cleaning does leave carpet pretty wet and does not seem to be any different than other carpet cleaning folks.
2. Duct cleaning advertising indicated that cleaning is taking place where the air duct output and with camera so we can see how bad things are. However, the duct cleaning took place in the attic where the 2 air conditioner units are by taking off 1 main duct from each unit. Putting back the duct with some paste. Seem to be pretty sloppy to me.
3. The lifetime air filter had to be special order and i have to install them myself

The whole job was done in like 3 hours. for the money that we've spent... I don't think the service live up to the advertising hype...
