The pet cleaning services. I am still in shock over how clean my carpet is now. It was dirty to the point I was ashamed to let the technician in. Hebabsolutly did the best job I have ever seen. I can't say enough good things about the the services rendered. He told me he could make the carpet like new and insaid show me, and boy did he. Inwill never use another company as long as you guys are around..

Carpet took over 24 hrs to dry but I was told 4-5 hrs

The service I received was the best ever. Seth explaned everything they were going to do before he and Johh started. I have older capet and it look like new. The price is right also.

The techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I wanted a particular room cleaned (my son's) it was a mess, and I was going to remove it from the list to be cleaned, but the techs, assured me I had time to pick up everything off the floor because they would do that room last. They even helped me with some small toys that were on the floor.

The black out light/green light for the pet stains was an eye opener and I appreciate being shown the difference between a pet stain and others I had. Not sure if this was an up-charge sale, but I was hooked either way and just the peace of mind was worth the cost.

The only down fall, is that I thought the rates were extremely high compared to other companies. I also requested a quote on getting my carpet stretch, and the rate was double what my parents paid to have theirs done, and their carpet was in worst shape than mine, with bigger pieces of furniture.

Came back to redo carpets. The thing that I wanted more than anything was to rid carpet of pet odor. After the second time out, the odor is still there. I paid alot of money for an initial c/o odor that was not resolved.

Service is always outstanding. Wonderfully poliet ( which is hard to come by) and work is impeccable.
