How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Tech advised carpet would be dry in 2-3 hours. We ran the A/C (cooler than normal) for 10 hrs. Ran ceiling fans in each room - plus 4 additional fans. Carpet was still too wet to replace furniture at bedtime, 14 hrs after tech left.

Next, the carpet is streaked in each room. After vacuuming again this morning, streaks still there. Carpet looks worse than before Zeroez came. What can you do? I am having a major luncheon in 9 days. Is far as I'm concerned the streaks will still be there when the ladies come. Am 75 and my back will not permit me, or my husband, to move the furniture again - and then wait a 1/2 day+ for the carpet to dry. Maybe something could be done after the 4th.

What could we do to improve?

Yesterday my entire house was cleaned by your professionals and the dining room carpet stretched. I called today to say that there was still a bubble in the carpet in my dining room and it needed to be corrected. The girl said she could give me an appointment in a week. She wasn't very happy with me, but I told her she had 2 choices to have someone come out and correct their error which I had already paid for.....today (Thursday) or Friday. After a huff on the end of the line and putting me on and off hold several times, I finally got a time on Friday. This is not what I expected.

What could we do to improve?

The tech. was wonderful, professional and knowledgeable. Really good job explaining everything. Our dog has had several "accidents", so there was staining and soil. I understand about the stains and was prepared for that. He recommended topical that is very expensive per gallon and I wasn't prepared for the extremely expensive up=charge. I have used a pre-cleaning that was an up-charge, but this was way too much. I would have appreciated heads up and more questions about my carpet soil/stains asked prior to appointment so I could have made a better decision. Also,I was called twice to confirm and was asked to call back to confirm and was later called to confirm my address. Overall, the service was good.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Signed up for 3 room special for $89. Tech came, said carpet couldn't be cleaned because too much animal damage and cleaning would make problem worse but for almost $900 he could clean carpets using special solution. Last time zerorez came to the house it cost over $400 for same animal treatment. The tech then said that the spots would still be seen with light and would never go away. Now the price doubled. I told my husband not to clean because the price was outrageous and felt we were being taken advantage of. Talk about upselling!!! He went ahead and had him clean the tile in kitchen even though I told him not to because $175 was just as outrageous to clean our kitchen and bath. I will not use you again and will not be recommending you to anyone.

All the stains were removed, and I do not see any evidence as of yet as to whether they will return, and it has been one week ( Usually, they reappear the next few days!). My carpets look and feel like new.! Love this process!!

Cost too much after advertised price & we did not receive our promotional gift card to Fullers Jewelry, I believe we were overcharged about $50.00!

Your pricing strategy was dissappointing. You quoted me $89 for 3 rooms and told me there would be an extra charge for pet stains, difficult stains and scotch guarding. However, I think $60 per area for pet stains is outrageous when it only took your guy like 5 minutes. He was in my home a total of about 45 minutes. I agreed to $60 for pet stains and $30 for scotch guard. My total bill was right at $200. I only have 2 small bedrooms with carpet as the rest of my house is wood or tile flooring.

My carpet looked great and your technician was courteous. I was pleased with the outcome but not your pricing.

$60 to treat a pet stain that takes 5 minutes is a complete rip-off. I think you try to get people to agree to a low price then add a bunch of "necessary add-ons" and they end up paying double.

When I got the original quote, if you had told me that the base fee was $89 plus $60 for pet stains and $30 if I want scotch guard, I would have been fine with $200. The carpets look beautiful.

What could we do to improve?

Well, the service was excellent. the only complaint was that the driver completely ruined part of my new grass on my lawn that was put in. He stated he would let his boss know and I never got a reply. When I called to thank him again for the beautiful carpet cleaning, he stated his boss wouyld send over a bag of dirt so grass could grow on it.
they defeats the purpose of me paying a lanscaper every month and putting in new grass only a few months prior.

Darwin did a walk through, made suggestions and completed the work in the time frame he estimated. Our carpets look and feel like their almost new, although 20 years old. We are very pleased with Zerorez cleaning. We really like the "no residue" which you can feel when vaccuming without drag. We will use your services from now on.

Price was higher than expected. Carpets still damp after 16 hours. The smell from the cleaning of the throw rug is very strong and not going away. Not a pleasant smell for thenhouse.

It was my understanding from your employee that shampooed my carpets that he could use a pretreatment for spots. He quoted the additional price and said that if the spots didn't come out, there would be no charge. I accepted the pretreatment. When he finished, he and I looked at the carpet. I pointed out spots that didn't come out and he pointed out some others. He stated different reasons as to why several spots remained, such as it had been previously treated with something and wouldn't come out, and another reason that I cannot, at this time, remember. I was unpleasantly surprised that there was no reduction in the charge, as I had been told, for the spots that were not removed.

What could we do to improve?

Keep up with your customers rugs. It took two months to get my large Chinese rug back. I was told it was not labeled when it came into the shop.I called 6 weeks out to see what the delay was and really felt I wasn't being told the whole truth. I did ask the delivery men if they had an answer for me and they told me about the mix up. If I had been told up front when I called I wouldnt be writing this now. Always be honest and up front.

A very soiled carpet is now clean and it is not resurfacing. This same carpet has been cleaned by other professionals, and looked like it needed to be re-cleaned the following day.

The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and conscientious. He performed the service in a timely manner.
